The lower level had the more modern things. I was searching for a tv console - -I didn't find what I wanted but there is a buffet that I might consider. I was up this way and wanted to browse since I was close by. My pet peeve came true when the salesperson who greeted me followed me throughout the store. It annoys me so much. I told her I would not be purchasing anything g since I had limited time. I was just wanted to look at their bedroom sets. Sigh, it did not help. Anyhow, they do not really believe in sales. Here and there they will throw customers a bone, but never anything too I pressive. They did have a set that was discounted but only because it was a floor model.

The after sale service is horrible. Soon after delivery, we complained about the leather on our large reclining sofa changing color and cracking. We thought all would be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as well as the extended warranty we purchased. We were informed that our extended warranty covered tears or punctures. So, if I punctured the leather, it would have been replaced. But not the cracking and discoloration. Then the leather started cracking on our dining chairs. And today, something happened that made me write my first ever bad review - the black fabric under my dining seats are crumbling and badly messing up my white tile floor and grout. Although El Dorado sells beautiful furniture, the quality, and longevity stinks. STAY AWAY!

You were absolutely condescending when you could have simply explained why your products are better. Yelling? To get your point across? I would have been so much more receptive if you talked vs yelled at us. I've never experienced this in my years of being the buyer or the seller. Your employee had us nearly SOLD! We were ready to pay for all 3 beds. We are in the business. We buy and furnish property. This isn't our first rodeo. In the world of business, that's what you do...negotiate. But you ruined it. In the space of about 10 months, I have had the couch replaced twice, and the ottoman once. So far, so good on the chair. I want to take a moment however, to give a shout out to their social media/customer care dept. They saw a negative post I had and reached out. They were very proactive to getting things squared away. This last replacement was the least painless. I sent an email out, spoke to Mandy on the phone, sent some picture in and they replaced the couch. Their social media dept is on the ball. I wish their furniture was built better. 3-6 months for a couch is unacceptable, and we didn't buy on the cheap. 5-stars for their customer care this time, 1-star for the quality of the product they sell.
