I've memorized the route, the parking situation, and somehow my car keeps finding its way there without my permission. At this point, the baristas probably see me pulling in and start making my drink before I even open the door. If I skip a day, I spend the next 24 hours wondering if this is what heartbreak feels like. The shaken espresso is dangerously good--smooth, perfectly balanced, and somehow disappears faster than my paycheck. I keep telling myself, "Today's the last one for a while," which has become my favorite joke. Five stars. I came for a coffee, and somehow ended up in a long-term relationship with a shaken espresso.

I have gone the past 2 years and never had issues getting it on the first day. This year was different. I got there around 5:05 and walked into the shop to see a lot of tables empty. I was shocked to see that. I waited in line with maybe like two people in front of me and guess what they asked of Pliny was still available. The guy working said to the people in front of me that they sold out. It was my turn I asked if they had it and the guy said that they had a line since 3pm and that they sold out of the keg. We ended up getting two beers since we went anyways but that's when things didn't add up. He kept telling all the other people that started to show up the same thing. These are reasons why it didn't add up 1) empty seats inside but had a line since 3pm and beer was released at 4pm 2) I don't think the people going for younger would just order one beer and not try other RR beers? 3) only one guy working beer counter and having to clean the tables and make sandwiches? 4) 12 oz pours of beer and keg with about 1984 oz would make it 166 beers. No way they sold 166 beers in an hour with one person working the bar and shop empty in an hour. They could have posted on their instagram or socials that they sold out but failed to do so. I'm sure a lot of people all night were disappointed to see that they didn't have it or post anything about it.

They have a variety of beers and wine bottled and also in tap. There's a coffee shop to order some lattes or tea in the center. Then they also have some food. There's many tables to sit and it's spacious. Not too busy the time we went and We were able to watch World Cup game without a crazy crowd. We enjoyed our lunch and drinks!
