As stated on their website Danelle is the artist doing walk ins so we just stopped in to see if she was available. She happened to be working on someone else but was available in an hour so we left and came back a little later. She was great! So nice and very informative. I have another tattoo so I was familiar with the process but she provided 2 difference sizes as well as some background info about what she thought would look best as it was a thin line tattoo and I wanted to see all the details. I'm super happy with my end result and would totally go back. The shop was also very very clean and the girls at the front desk were super nice as well! They seemed really happy that I mentioned I was from out of town as they usually just get locals but that also did make me feel more confirmed with my choice in knowing they seemed to have lots of reoccurring local customers. Overall great experience!

The shop is VERY clean, everyone was very personable and the work here is great! The parking is in the back of the building and you have to go through a side door to get upstairs. I was excited when I got a message with an appointment. If you're concerned about covid protocols etc they seem to take it serious. Overall everything was clean. I was told to text when I got there and when my artist was ready they'd text me again. Zack Wood did my tattoo. The space is very clean, and the jewelry is always top quality, and a decent price point. Icon is the shop you go to when you want to be pierced correctly from the start with quality jewelry. Icon has better hygiene standards than most doctors' offices I've been to. What rounds out what I like most about Icon is their balance between customer service friendliness and not suffering foolishness. Especially, now that I'm older, I genuinely like that they expect adults to act like adults and follow the rules that they've set out. My only issue with this business has always been the parking. The parking is kind of awful, but then again that's downtown Nashville for you.

The person who is supposedly over booking sessions has a bad attitude problem. And that turned me away immediately. I was trying to speak on the phone with an artist because I had questions about a tattoo that I was going to be getting which would cost me over $1200. But the only person I could talk to was Andrew because I guess he handles booking. He kept bringing up the fact that I had to pay a 100 deposit which is non refundable under any circumstances. But when I gave him my card twice he kept saying it wouldn't go through. So I said I'll try and come up there another day to pay the deposit in person. When I called today to try and speak with Justin, he told me he wasn't there and when I tried to ask Andrew the questions I had for Justin before I gave him any of my money that I can't get refunded, he stated " look man there's nothin I can discuss over the phone and Justin won't take your seriously anyway without a deposit" so when I said "well I guess I'll just hold o-"he immediately said "ok!" and hung up the phone in my face. This tells me that your not allowed to inquire about a tattoo before you pay a deposit. And not to mention how short he was with me. So I called back to let him know that you don't just hang up on customers and I will not be returning for a second tattoo. After I hung up he proceeded to call my phone multiple times and left a voicemail saying I need to learn how shops work. I know how shops work I have plenty of tattoos lol. He was just completely unprofessional and I've never experienced this at any of the other shops I've been to. $100 deposit for a tattoo I was paying 1200-1400 for. I'm very big on respect so this place has definitely lost at least one customer.

Possibly darker than used to working with the tattoo I got was supposed to be a It doesn't look anything like the picture I gave him the tattoo scabbed up. There was liquid coming the scabs however, thankfully it wasn't infected. The colors were awful during the tattoo. Michael took several smoke breaks not sure the purpose of that. I think it was quite disrespectful of my be the reason that the quality of the tattoo is very poor. Now I am forced to go and fly somewhere to get a cover-up done in South Carolina. The is amazing. I paid $300 for this tattoo and it's actually garbage. Please stay clear of this location Titan tattoo and especially the Michael
