The lines were busy so I went to the office where the door was open. I told the young girl there what had happened. She told me they had just changed out the bins. I got my cookies late the evening before and this was the next morning. Instead of saying oh I'm so sorry let me help you She laughed at me. I pitch the bag of cookies underhand onto the floor and left. This is the response I got today May 23rd, to the message I sent back on the 4th. Barbara, First and foremost, we apologize your cookies didn't taste good. When you tried to 'return' them, you threw them into the office at the girl...our cameras saw that. We would have been more then happy to help you but it's hard to help a customer when they don't want to be helped. We understand the cookies could have tasted bad and would have offered you a full refund. Obviously, we still can, but remember, kindness goes a long way. Looking at all your Facebook posts it appears to me you don't like shopping at our store to begin with so I doubt anything we can do for you in the future would make you happy. If you would prefer we mail you a refund please provide an address. Thank you.. So very professional don't you think. I told her it wasn't about the 2 dollars it was about the service. She blocked me from messenger. Go ahead and tell me it was a place that you would want to visit or spend your money in. I've always been all about buying local and supporting local businesses. But I do expect simple courtesy.

The beer was great. The food was even better (lemony stick-its with house made tzatziki are a must) and the service was something I have not experienced since pre-Covid times. The staff was young and cute, but had exceptional customer service skills. They were talkative and friendly, so much so that I felt like I was at home already and needed to just move here before the weekend ended. Facility is clean, updated, and welcoming. 10/10 recommend eating, drinking, and hanging out here. I even Text messaged coworkers and friends and told them to go out of their way to fly into Minneapolis when they had to make the trip out here as well so that they could stop in. Yelp only shows that it's open for dinner, but that is not the case. For lunch I had the pulled chicken sandwich with macaroni and cheese and grilled vegetables. The sandwich was delightful. The bread was excellent though I only ate half to cut down on carbs. The chicken was good, just be aware if you're super picky it is a mix of light and dark meat, but the accompanying barbecue sauces, regular, sweet, and spicy, are all really good. I had a hard time deciding which one to use so I just made a few different pools and alternated my dipping. The grilled vegetables were fine, but I thought the macaroni and cheese was really good. It was not gooey or super creamy. it was just macaroni with cheese. I don't know if that makes sense or does it justice because it was delicious, but it wasn't super heavy, thick, or greasy. I really liked it a lot. Now it appears the place is more famous for being a brewpub and I did not sample anything so I can't speak to that. However, the bar area was nice and the dining area was very clean. I did speak to the owner a little bit before I left and he was a really nice guy. I observed the way he interacted with other customers that were there and he was super nice to everybody. The ambience is casual but nice and clean and the service was friendly and professional. I travel almost every week for work and keep a list of places that I enjoy eating at and Moonridge went on the list today. I can't wait to try something else there.
