Just ok...arrived today July 28 th 2026 around 3.50p Tuesday. The restaurant was empty but clean..I ordered the 10 piece honey hot wings, with a red velvet waffle ..and 1 beef and cheese bondin ball.. Food arrived about 10 minutes...the wings were not bad the honey hot sauce, was better than most restaurants in Atlanta. The waffle was dry and they didn't have any butter or margarine, in the restaurant. The 2 syrup packages, provided were of very poor quality....the beef ,?.bondin, consisted of very little beef, but mostly cheese .,and wasn't favorable at all. I saw a small jar that had a kol aid logo, in their refrigerator and asked to purchase that kol aid drink ,that cashier rang up $21.00 dollars. Wow $21.00 dollars ..for some kol aid..I declined and was given a 16 ounce fountain drink..... Definitely not worth the $ 27.55.i paid plus a tip...Definitely won't return....this place was about 90 degrees inside with no air-conditioning....no thanks I will not return read more

We actually order from here via DoorDash a couple times a week. We always order the 10 wings + 3 sliders and we enjoy it very much. But this evening, we were stunned that we received these tiny burger patties on the sliders! We feel ripped off and if this is how they're going to present sliders, we will stop ordering from here. Its the most disappointing because this hasn't happened before. If there's not enough ground beef for a full patty, STOP SELLING THEM! Cheating loyal customers will get you out of business fast. To be fair, the wings were still good. read more

i love the food, i've never had a problem with the cashier! Until they hired someone else, lady gave me the wrong order, then caught an attitude because she forgot my drink and SHE gave me someone else order, not only that she has a stank attitude, cursing on the phone while customers are waiting for her, tying her shirt up behind her back like she got anything to show, just very unprofessional. I don't know her name but i can describe her, messy hair in small bun, very very small eyes, wears lashes. read more

Everything mid asf, I ordered wings, boudin balls, and sliders. Each item was bland. I'll say the best was the boudin balls but I wouldn't even come back for those. read more

I don't know what I just ate, but it sure wasn't cake. This slice was oily, dry, and shockingly flavorless. The vibrant blue color might catch your eye, but don't be fooled--it's all show and no substance. The texture was greasy to the touch, almost as if it had been soaked in oil instead of baked with care. The frosting looked promising, but even that couldn't save it--it lacked sweetness, richness, or any kind of redeeming flavor. It was like someone tried to make dessert without using a single actual dessert ingredient. If this is what they're serving as cake, I'd strongly suggest they go back to the recipe book--or better yet, find a new one altogether. Highly disappointing, and definitely not worth the calories. read more

I was eager to try this place after seeing all of the viral videos, and it was definitely worth the hype! I got delivery via DoorDash but the food still came hot and fresh. The sliders were delicious and definitely the best part. The wings had a great texture! The only thing I'd change is I wish they had homemade ranch rather than store bought sauce cups. read more

I had the 3-slider combo with loaded fries. The fries were a big disappointment lacking flavor. The sliders were actually pretty good, just really small. Decent taste, but not sure it's worth it for the portion size. read more

The food is just ok. Actually I did not like the wings. They are baked and have that slimy skin. The sauce on the winds was definitely not what I ordered. It taste like jerk sauce and I ordered bbq hot sauce. The burgers or pretty decent with some kinda sweet sauce on it with a very small piece of cheese. My food came out super fast. But it was note to write home about. The pricing is completely off 3 sliders is $6, but if you get the fries it's like $12!. F them fries. read more

Horrible I ordered their boudin ball meal that comes with 3 boudin balls fries and 5 wings I didn't even get my 5 wings only 2 and call them only for them to say there is nothing that they can do I won't recommend this place to anyone read more

First time ordering from here after seeing the reviews online and I can't get over how this place could send an order out the door the way they did! The fries were dry and about 15 and then the wings (both orders) were burnt beyond being burned! They were so burned you could smell them being burnt! Smh! So disTried calling and no answer! Ending up sending a msg on social media and still have yet to hear anything back! read more

First thing I noticed is the PACKED line as soon as I walked in. However the wait wasn't bad at all, and there was a worker making sure that everyone got their order in. It's a bit humid and no AC in the place, but everything is made in to go boxes if that's not your style. However if you did want to eat inside, there are pretty comfortable seats. Be warned though there are some flies, but all the food is covered. The food itself was pretty good! The cheesy fries had a nice hint of spice. The wings were nice as well (the lemon pepper ones are a bit salty) and the sliders were bigger than I assumed from reading the reviews. I did think the sliders were pretty sweet, so that's up to preference. The red velvet waffles were also really good (not beating waffle house) but i'd say they tasted more like cake. Lastly, the fruit punch was good but just too sweet for me. Overall 8/10! read more

These comments are beyond me lmao customer service was what it was for 2 kids being behind the counter but I ordered ahead & I was in & out. I got the sliders with the wings & fries. The sliders were good, the wings were wet & the fries were ok. Oh and lemonade was on point. read more

Terrible! I love to try and support black businesses but this ain't it! They overcharge like crazy with the lowest quality ingredients. The prices should literally be 50% lower. The "sliders" have so much grizzle, and they are dry as heck, plus they look like a little turd! Too much bread, and not enough meat. The "chicken souse" is deplorable. It's entirely too salty, and bone in chicken soup in a cup should NEVER be $25. I spent over $31 for 6 sliders and some soup. I should have just bought a can of campbells and some White Castle sliders out the grocery stWe just have to do better man.... read more

This girl sue sat there and flirted w dudes who didn't buy anything for 30 mins then had the nastiest stank attitude and moved like a turtle with the longest line of customers. This food is like a 5/10 when other resturants are like a 3/10. And they don't take phone orders so you WILL be waiting over an hour at their mercy. read more

lost in da souse is a complete joke . if you want terrible food and a BAD experience , this is the place to go . first , the chicken wings . they were DRY , tasteless , and looked like they had been sitting out for days . then , the " special sauce " was more like a sad splash of nothing . i personally have had better wings from a frozen bag at the grocery store ! then there were the loaded fries . I expected something delicious since it looked sooo good on instagram , but what i got was a sad mess of soggy fries with barely any cheese and a few sad toppings tossed on top . it felt like they just didn't care at all . the service was just as bad . the staff acted like they'd rather be anywhere else , and i waited way too long for my food . not only that but they recorded me with no choice at all . the line was long and the people there were all over the place , ordering nothing and js sitting around in the line for no reason . the place in general js gave off annoying vibes . not tryna be rude but dis shi was straight ASS . overall , lost in da souse is a total disaster . do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else ! read more

Food is not cooked to order. I got the sliders, wings and loaded fries and also the boudin balls. When u want to record videos to post you need to ask the customer if they want to be recorded. Also food has no stem at all it's warm but not hot. The fries were excellent fried just right, the wings were too spicy for me. The man told me I didn't need sauce for their wings so I didn't order any. Wings taste better with ranch the sauce from the wings made the sliders taste like something. The boudin balls we're good only problem was they were warm on outside ice cold in middle had to put in air fryer when got home. Price is reasonable for the amount of food u get but I rather wait for fresh food. Oh I forgot the lemonade is the best. Food wasn't worth taking pics read more

Extremely unprofessional and horribly ran business. Zero care whatsoever for customer service (they all sit around talking to each other instead of serving the line that's out the door), food is extremely overpriced for something that is served in a styrofoam box, and quite frankly, the food is not that good. Wings are so incredibly soaked they have no bite to them. Sliders are greased to hell. I'm fairly certain all the ownership of this place cares about is how it looks on camera for their fairly large social media following. This is a clout restaurant that only has any kind of relevance because of a few of their Instagram videos going viral. read more

The pork souse is super overpriced! $25 for regular order and $50 for a large cup. The souse was pretty tasty but the bones in the soup were so brittle that they crumbled when I was trying to take them out. The bones were nasty. You supposed to be able to suck on the pork bones not have them break apart into tiny little pieces in the soup. I miss authentic souse and this ain't it. read more

Nope I would not recommend this place. The food is not all that great, at least what I had, the wings were bland (supposed to have been lemon pepper) they were very dry and crispy with lemon pepper sprinkles. And the sliders were just plain hamburger meat on a small bun. Saturday Oct 4th was me and my friend very first time being there and the experience was horribly, for the price I paid and on top of that, they forgot my food order, and when I asked, it was a very nonchalant attitude about it," No, it's not ready". she said. and when I asked the second time, she finally went to the back to see where my food was, Then 5 mins later, the cook came out , I guess to actually see if I had food at the table ( he was looking all hot and sweaty) and about 10 minutes later she brought it out to the table sat it down in front of me turn and walked off, no napkins no bag. didn't say anything, no apology for the wait or mix up on the order. NOTHING!!!! My friend had eaten almost half of her food, and that was her just trying not to throw it away and waste her money, before my food came out. So, we wasted money, neither one of us finished our food. and we only had 6 wings and fries , so that says a lot about the food. No, I don't recommend, and I will not be back. read more

The food is terrible idk about the service and do not go if you don't want to be recorded.

They get too much hype and they're losing it... Overall they're alright and overpriced. There is no customer service at all here. They don't answer the phone, they don't care how long customers wait, and there is a child working there. read more

PLEASE BE WARNED: They WILL record your reaction to the food whether you want to or not. They have a sign that says they will record you if you place an order which I didn't see until after I had ordered my food. They will post the video and allow people to bully you and talk bad about you so if you are not model ready I don't suggest coming here. The food was good. The wings were mid but the sliders and loaded fries were really good. The customer service was okay. Had to call about ten times before they answered and then said I couldn't pay over the phone so I would have to come in and order which was fine. Kinda pricey for the portions. read more

Mane I was geeked to try this & ended up highly disappointed. Food was below average, I was sweating waiting in line for them sorry ass wings. There wasn't a lick of seasoning on the fries. the souse is thick and greasy, I had to throw it away. The sliders were ok. The chicken wings are so tiny as if they cooked baby chickens.

line was extremely long and the cashier seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. when it was my turn to order I got the jumbo box which came with a drink (lemonade). After receiving the food she told me my drink would be an extra $4 but the receipt said it was $0. why wait until I payed and I'm getting my food to try to charge me extra for a drink that was suppose to come with the meal and the receipt said it was no charge? TERRIBLE!!!!!! The customer service, the food, EVERYTHING. I waited TWO hours for some nasty, dog-tasting food. My order was $50+ just for fries, a few sliders, wings and one burger. 50+ DOLLARS!!!!!! The food was nasty af. My fries were unseasoned, and the slider bread was hard and weird looking, not to mention the slider meat itself looked questionable (like a turd). My wings were so dry and most definitely not the flavor I ordered, I wanted BBQ not some salty, dry ass wings. Their customer service was just horrible. The ambiance was not good either, the place itself looked run down.. The lady at the counter sat and flirted with dudes for like 30 minutes while the line got longer and longer.. Then when she had to start with CUSTOMER orders, she started moving as slow as turtle, as if she didn't even want to do it. It was so unprofessional and embarrassing on her behalf! And lastly, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Hands down, they are RIDICULOUS. They are so overpriced, why is a soup $25?!?!?!?! And it didn't even look good! The charge WAYY too much for the portions they give. I will NEVER EVER recommend or SUGGEST any of my loved ones or friends to EVER order/buy from this place. They were HORRIBLE. -10/10.
