I had an appointment for 5pm for a quote and they never showed up. I was at home for the appointment but they never showed. They texted around 4 to see if I was going to be there but cell service is iffy where I live in Leicester so I never saw the message until 5:15 and I responded. Their response was that since I didn't respond they simply cancelled my appointment. Poor business practice. Have had a lot of work projects for at least 10 different companies in the past and when you set an appointment they all showed. Seems they didn't care as when I asked them are they coming when we made contact, their response was "not anymore ". Not even "can we reschedule". Would not recommend even bothering with this company. Questionable customer service. read more

Lighting struck an old massive poplar...direct hit through the middle yet tree was still standing. Potentially very dangerous. Sammy and his crew were the most impressive tree guys I have ever seen and I have had work done here in the Asheville/Fletcher area and also the dense mountains of California. His men and he worked like a fine Swiss timepiece...felt like I was watching - from neighbors property! - a masterfully choreographed ballet. Recently we had a large Maple tree fall over due to excessive rainfall. Sam Romero came out to look at what needed done. This tree was a two trunk tree. The largest part had fallen over, the remaining trunk needed taken down. Sam's was the third estimate we'd gotten. He not only came in lowest on the bid but described in detail what needed done and what his crew would do to repair the lawn damage from the tree fall as well as any damage due to heavy equipment needed to dismantle and remove the massive debris. Sam even hooked us up with a guy to grind down the stump. I also requested a couple of cross slabs, one large and one small to salvage for possible usage as wood projects. (This tree had sentimental value) They finished the take down and debris removal in one day, graded and put down grass seed on the damaged lawn area and saved three beautiful slabs for my projects.
