The salad is already flavorful by itself but the sauces add depth to the flavor. The mayo brings sweetness and the salsa brings a little beat heat. I was not sure what specifically was on each, but the carnitas was the better of two. Each taco was loaded with plenty of toppings. The carnitas had an interesting sauce that was a good compliment. There were also greens and onions I believe. The meat was tender and juicy. The squash tacos seemed to have a sweet sauce, pineapples, and a few greens as well. It was alright. I got my usual Halal cart "tester" meal (chicken + falafel over rice w/ side salad + hot sauce & white sauce) and was pleasantly surprised that: - I got four falafel instead of the usual three that most carts give - Falafel had great flavor and was seasoned well (can be very bland from other carts) - Chicken was in healthy-sized juicy and tender chunks, not chopped to shreds - Hot sauce and white sauce were both flavorful and plentiful, just how I like it - Rice was spiced and seasoned well with whole spices in it - side salad had ample tomato and cucumber, no skimping Overall, FTD has the best Halal cart platter I have had at Temple, much better than the SAC ones and even beats out the blue truck by Tyler imo.
