He than stated that they aren't allowed to ask any questions regarding an animal inside their food establishment. I feel that the General Manager, was indicating that he was knowledgeable about animals in food establishments and that he too had a service animal himself and that the establishment didn't have an obligation to protect customers from animals that are not service animals. As a General Manager he should have known the information that's below and should've addressed the issue instead of a customer. As stated before I'm a frequent customer and as of this evening I will no longer be a customer due to the way the General Manager dismissed my concerns of non service animals in their food establishment. Are animals allowed in food establishments : Generally, live animals are prohibited inside food establishments by health codes, with specific exceptions for trained service animals.
