    Menudo and Mango Margarita (blended)
    Rose E.

This place is huge, with two dining rooms and a large bar/event area with a free parking lot. It's super clean, and the service was quick and friendly. I had never been to Mazatlan before, but I came here because it was one of the only places that popped up that had Menudo/Pozole on their menu. We found this place on our way home to the city after a long camping trip in the mountains, and the food was like heaven-sent. We also appreciated that they didn't judge our appearance (we probably could have looked better). At least one more group looked like they either hiked or had just gone camping, so it could be a stopover place. It's a perfect location for travelers, local families, etc. They're located right off the highway. We ordered: Menudo--As you can see in the picture, it's straight tripe. No hominy was in it, but tbh, I appreciated the flavor. I'm not sure if they use any feet in the broth, but the broth was not too watery and a little thick, which was perfect for my healing. I was feeling so weak and gross from our camping trip, and this made me feel way better. -Blended Mango Margarita--This was so tasty, just what you expect from a blended Mango drink. I'm not sure if they use real mango, but it tasted a little artificial, it was still tasty nonetheless. -Carne Asada Wet Burrito - Fiancé loved this, he said it hit the spot, too.

It was our first time here and my first reaction was how big this restaurant was. It looked really clean and everyone was super friendly. Our waiter was great and explained things on what we had questions on. The food did not take long to come out after ordering. I was surprised at how big the plates were. For appetizers, we got the fresh guacamole and the queso dip. The queso dip was great, it wasn't too spicy for me. The guacamole was very fresh and it too tasted great. I would definitely recommend this place for any occasion. I was looking forward to some churros or fried ice cream, but I was so full from my entree that we had to go without. We will be back!

Combo chalupa, enchilada both Picadillo beef. $18 or $19, very bland like boiled unseasoned meat. Disappointing

Truly between a 2-3 star experience. The place is new, huge, bright and pleasant with a nice outdoor patio and beautiful landscaping. I just wish the flavor of the food matched the atmosphere. Huge menu but everything is close to $20, even spinach enchiladas $18!! The margaritas were very good, chips fairly fresh but close to room temp, salsa decent. Our server wasn't friendly, ugh. I ordered a chicken taco salad, I noticed it didn't have onions and didn't come with dressing, salsa (pico de gallo) or even avocado/guacamole. But it was the cheapest ($16) thing on menu and wanted something lighter. I asked for onions and ranch. Hubby ordered a combo of enchilada/chalupa w/ picadillo beef, rice/beans $18 or $19. When my salad arrived I was shocked how small and generic it looked. It was even on a small plate. Basically a lettuce salad in a small tortilla shell with few traces of cheese & tomato along with onion I added w/scoop of sour cream. I had to go searching for the chicken. I asked the server he just stopped for a second and said " it's in there" and walked off! Unbelievable. There was about 1/3 cp of tasteless chicken under all the lettuce. I had to add all our salsa, tried both hot sauces on table, S&P and it was still not satisfying. Sorry I ordered. Hubby's plate looked better than it tasted, he said it was just OK, but agreed you couldn't taste the Mexican seasonings, not even garlic! He dumped salsa, S&P on his food too. Server knew I wasn't at all happy but just kept walking by. Stopped once to give hubby water refill. A manager stopped to ask if we wanted another margarita but failed to ask how things were. It was just disappointing overall, we walked in expecting a tasty meal with pleasant service but left feeling the opposite. Darn, for nice new place they need major improvements to stay open!

Right alongside Meridian, connecting Puyallup and Graham, lay a gem of a location for Mexican cuisine! My Wife and I have been to other Mazatlans where we used to live, and this one exceeded our expectations on every visit. Staff is so well mannered and kind, extremely attentive to those dining in. Open bar seating, and a VERY good Air Conditioned dining experience. During the hot days, this location has your comfort readily available! Food quality is SUPERB! We order the Carne Asada everytime we come in, with deep fried jalapeños and corn tortillas! Served hot and steaming everytime, the flavors burst in your mouth. Alejandra was our waitress in the bar area, she's brilliant! Always attentive to our drink levels, and extremely social with all of the customers that came in, she remembers us everytime we come in, connecting our business and appetites to that Mazatlan location more than any other! I highly recommend this location in Graham, as it has always kept its promise for customer service, food quality, and ensuring a quality experience in all. Chicken Fajita Salad Lunch
    Gigi M.

I was in the area and decided to stop in for lunch. The restaurant is beautiful. Very large, nice space between tables and clean. I ordered the chicken fajita salad off of the lunch menu and snacked on the chips and salsa while I waited for my food to come out. The salsa was not very good at all. Kinda tasted like tomato juice with a couple bits of minced onion in it. My food came out and looked good but didn't have any flavor. It desperately needed seasoning. I was so disappointed. I've had better fajitas seasoned with a McCormick packet. The service was subpar. The waiter barely talked to us and when he did, the things he said came off rude. When we were finished eating he came up and said "you done now? Or do you want something else?" We were there for less than an hour and the restaurant was empty. Maybe it's just his personality. Needless to say, I won't be back.

This new restaurant has BIG authentic style!! The decide is so perfect. Light bright and just enough Mexican touches that transports you to an authentic dining experience!! We dinner in the Cantina (bar) and the margaritas are too notch! Service was friendly our server Kate gave us great suggestions and the food was delicious! We ordered Trio fajitas, and a chimichanga and enchilada. They were all so delicious!! The chips and salsa were good and our cute server kept both our chip bowl and glasses full!! This new restaurant is worth the stop and you must try the fajitas!

I highly DO NOT recommend this item. It looks great on the website. But super super underwhelming. All it is is lettuce, meat, and sour cream. They didn't even give me ranch like I asked. Probably the WORST taco salad.

    Pollo a la crema

Fairly new and 5 min away from the house. Family didn't want to travel too far on a Friday night. Dedicated parking: HUGE...inside: HUGE! Waited 5 mins and was seated with chips/salsa were quickly served. Great service. Very attentive. The food was...alright. I had the Chalupa deluxe which was basically a Taco Salad which was also on the menu except $1 less. Pictures added. My wife had pollo a la crème which was good as well. To be honest, there was really nothing special about the food. Tasted like any other Mexican restaurant (El Toto for example). Prices were about the same $15-$30 depending on the plate. Hate that they charge almost $6 for some pre-made guacamole. The three stars are for the excellent service

Finally the dish I ordered, Los tres compadres was massive and delicious. I took my leftovers home and got two more meals out of just that one dish! The only reason I'm not giving five stars is their complimentary chips and salsa are not anything to rave over. The chips need more salt and the salsa is very watery. Taste more like a tomato broth than salsa. Just skip these all together and go straight to the appetizers and you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I both got the birria tacos with consome, a side of rice and beans, and guacamole. Everything was packaged up well and was still warm considering it's kind of far from us. Only bummer was that they didn't send along our side of chips & guac. :( The tacos themselves are pretty dang big, and with us each getting two, it was a lot of food. Overall I thought they were really good, but the downside was that we got a lottt of fatty, squishy meat in our tacos which really grosses me out. The parts that weren't super fatty were delicious though!! The consomé was also absolutely fire and I definitely straight up just drank some of it - zero shame. Rice and beans were tasty, but that's hard to mess up. We also really enjoyed the salsas they provided - they both had a good kick that wasn't painful and the flavor was on point. I personally loved the green one the most! Their little food truck setup looks super cute and I definitely want to visit in person to give the tacos a second chance.
