There were smudges on the windows and back door of dining area. The wall by kitchen you can see stains, dirt. The ladies room full length mirror had smudges and the center stall has a broken toilet seat. It was well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and a soft fragrance. The outside signage wasn't very visible from the shopping center entrance. I had to loop around the parking lot toward the car wash and behind it, it was on that end. Don't know if there was a cross contamination with an allergen but after I left I had to take an allergy pill. I felt nausea and a scratchy feeling in my throat. Unfortunately I will have to eliminate Mex food from my diet it doesn't sit well.

We are slowly going through the menu but I recommend this place for wonderful service and real Mexican food (no not the 1000 chains in Harrisburg or state college).
