    Seafood casserole €15 pp

Ambiance 5 Food 4 Service 4 Our local tour guide recommended this place for the paellas, but we didn't want to eat so much rice so two of us opted for the seafood casserole and the obligatory grilled sardines when you're here. The portions were very generous, best of all the seafood was cooked perfectly (not overdone) and fresh. The shrimp and langoustine were sweet and succulent, there are also different pieces of fish although it's hard to discern what types. The price is comparable to the other restaurants near the beach. Paella is €10 per person (min of 2 ppl), seafood casserole is €15, sardines €5.5. Many locals ate here, another sure sign of its popularity and authenticity. Menu is multilingual and servers are polite and spoke enough English.

Food was good, had Seafood paella. Hubby ordered fish with a tomato sauce, which was too saucy actually...price was reasonable. Loved the location, on the veranda overlooking the ocean at sunset...waiters were friendly and attentive.

Perfectly grilled with a zest of lemon!

A super find in touristy Torremolinos. Moroccan influenced Tapas. Unique and yummy. Add to it good…read moreservice and a nice casual ambience. Makes for a perfect meal on vacation. Highly recommend this place. We looked at the 6 reviews before mine and decided to give it a shot. Well worth it. Kids loved it too.

After checking into our hotel, we walked around and randomly ended up eating at this restaurant…read more Its great food and I'm glad to be the first to review it on Yelp, in the hopes that other folks will also discover this lovely gem. First of all, the staff and owner are all super lovely and kind. The owner spoke excellent English and helped us with the menu selection and explained the food components. I loved the whimsy of the menu with its musical odes to singers and song writers spanning rock, country and opera. The artwork on the walls matches the vibrancy and artistry of the menu plus they played great background music, so all combined into a feast of the senses. We started of with lovely Morrocan Mint tea, which tasted super and then I went for the Tasting Menu which included innovative dishes such as Elvis's Hips (a Tapas Winner for 2014), Pavarotti's Vigor (Lamb and Couscous) and they were kind enough to substitute a Salad instead of Janis Joplin's Strength which had beef which I don't eat. I thought the flavours of the food were sublime and loved every bite. So end verdict? Super happy that we were able to visit Vintage 8 as art, music, food and hospitality combine to create a wonderful culinary experience and I highly recommend his restaurant. Yelp Review 100/ 2017
