Katie is also pretty great but she normally works in the outside Patio and since I hate the smell of and I'm also allergic to cigarette smoke, we never get to enjoy the outside patio since smoking is allowed out there. The atmosphere is pretty lively on weekends and later into the evenings during the week and we usually end up bumping into friends and neighbors, so for us it's always good time at Bryson's. Burgers are pretty yummy and I've had several different types of sandwiches which are always good. The seasoned Fries and Bacon Cheddar fries are my favorite. I usually get extra seasoning on the side because I love it on my popcorn! That way I can bring leftover seasoning home to sprinkle it over my popcorn. Don't knock it till you try it! LOL

The drinks were great, with plenty of beer choices, and the food was classic bar fare but well-prepared and really tasty. They had every sports game you could imagine playing on their many TVs, which made for a fun atmosphere. The only downside for us was the back deck--it's definitely a spot for smokers, so we stuck to the inside. But if that's your thing, you'll love it. If we're ever in Miami again, we'll definitely be back!

Do not go there in a hurry expecting " Speedy González "service it just isn't their vibe at all not rag on them at all. Often you have to wait for an attendant to seat you and another to take your order and another to bring it out. But having given you the lay of the land - beer is always ice cold and served with a smile and drinks get well mixed and served promptly at the bar. Anything off their menu is always tasty and property cooked - like their Shrimp and Cheese Quesadillas with onions and green peppers plus their Steak Tacos and Tuna or Key West Tacos too plus Smothered fries rock and Philly Cheese Steak too. A tad light on dessert options for our taste hence why only 4 stars - but the typical Brownie Hot Fudge with Vanilla Ice Cream worked for us. Sodas of course for the under age and a dart board and table Polo for the restless kids - I vaguely recall. The place has clean bathrooms and nobody's ever rude unless you are and rush them too much. It's in the South-East end of Miami Springs just West of LeJeune Road (also same as N.W. 42nd Ave.) Go West on 36th Street from the Airport, past the McDonald's on the North side in a Days Inn I think No reservations needed unless maybe a very large party. It's really very close to the MIA Airport area. We went 3 times while down there. Prices we felt were very affordable for all items and the dress code is casual anything and families are definitely welcomed. Very much a locals place like Cheers but because they are adjacent a hotel - lots of out-of-towners and the airport lunch crowd too. Eating at the bar, the many private booths in the back or table-seating, you will find your spot for sure. And for the game junkie men who hate to get up and do a bathroom run during a game to use the bathroom while the game is on - no worries tv's in the men's room all-around too.

There was one customer there around noon and they were in the drive-thru. Since it was a hot day, I opted for the same. There's a large menu board with plenty of fried fish and fried chicken wing options. I didn't want a big meal so I decided on the buffalo wings & fries lunch special. For $6, I got 6 wingettes and fries. There was about a 10min wait at the window to receive my order. The wait wasn't too bad, so it didn't bother me. I was, however, disappointed by the wings. To start, the standard buffalo flavor was there. The wings had been fried appropriately, no complaint there. What was frustrating was that the meat of the chicken was tough. The meat, itself, was hard to chew. It felt like the wings were maybe sitting in some salted water until being cooked but they were in the solution for too long. I was really looking forward to this place living up to its name but the wings really fell flat. The fries, on the other hand? Yummy! They were those lightly-battered crispy fries, fresh out of the oil and held their heat for a while. Service was regular, but that was fine for it being the drive-thru. If the wings were better, I'd have felt like the price I paid was worth it.

I've tried shrimp in so many restaurants and they don't taste as good as the ones from Wings on Fire. They're so much more than just chicken wings. They also sell burgers, philly steak sandwiches, tilapia, snapper, catfish, flounder, grouper, macaroni and cheese, conch, fries, and sea food rice. Definitely recommend it, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

That's when we found Lemon Peppers--and wow, what a find! From the moment we stepped in, Dominique made the experience unforgettable. Friendly, patient, and full of great suggestions, she answered every question with a smile that never faded. Top-notch service like that deserves a round of applause (and yes, a generous tip ). We went for the Catfish & 2 Wing Special plus 4 Whole Lemon Pepper Wings . The catfish? Crispy, tender, and so flavorful it didn't even need hot sauce--though we eventually indulged just for fun. The Cajun rice was exactly how we wanted it--customized to perfection. The menu is a foodie's playground : empanadas , tostones , seafood , and all your fried favorites. And the juices? Pure nostalgia in a cup --sweet, icy, and packed with flavor. Final verdict: If you're in Miami, skip the highway and take the detour . Between the food and the service, Lemon Peppers is worth every mile. #MiamiEats #FoodieAdventure #NeighborhoodGems #LemonPeppers #CatfishGoals #WorthTheDetour

We rotate locations to keep it fair, and last month brought us to Doral. We started at a cigar shop, wandered into Sports Grill Doral... and never left. At first glance, it feels like a classic sports bar. But spend a little time there and you realize it's operating on a different level. The food is outstanding, the beer selection is strong (especially if you're into IPAs), every major game is covered across wall-to-wall screens, and they even have a DJ on certain nights. What really sets it apart is the service. The manager, Manny, and his team created an experience that felt intentional, not transactional. When they saw we wanted to play dominoes, they didn't hesitate. They set us up with a proper table on the terrace so we could enjoy cigars, order cocktails, and settle in for the night without feeling rushed. That level of awareness and flexibility is rare. If you're in the Doral area and want a place that delivers on food, drinks, atmosphere, and experience, this is it. Whether you're catching a game or running a few rounds of dominoes, this spot earns a return visit.

For example, I got the "sports burger" as an entree but had no idea what toppings/sauce came on it. I got a side of fries, which could've used salt, and asked for a side of BBQ sauce to which they ran out of... on a Friday with a big football game happening. Service was on and food was ok at best. If you're looking for a quick bite, I'm sure this place is good but if you're looking for a proper meal, not sure it's "the place" to go. Also, bring a sweatshirt. The place is VERY cold.
