They're something that's typically Southern food especially in the country. The place itself was very unassuming. I thought it was just a convenience store. The chitterlings were seasoned with cracked red pepper and came with a side of boiled cabbage. The chitterlings were chewy and had a spicy kick. It was not very tender so I could not eat a lot of them. You get a good portion if you order small. The staff were very nice and helpful. The side salads are already made in the case and the fountain beverages are self serve. There are more options in the cooler and craft beers are available at the bar. The pizza is thin and very good.
