We were left to get our bags (coming and going) by ourselves. While we struggled to open the large doors the staff just watched us, with no desire to help at all. The cover on the beds were as thin as paper. It felt super uncomfortable and I woke up numerous times throughout the night. Definitely would recommend bringing some extra blankets. Luckily we were already awake, but staff started loud construction and housekeeping noises around 8am. So if you are looking to sleep in, this place probably isn't for you. I won't be returning here in the future if I visit this area again.

In addition, we wanted a couple of concrete semi-circular benches, which will be around the fountain. This place was great! Natanael walked us through the whole process (while his mom watched...) and made it very easy. We decided on what we wanted, then drove down to Splash while the objects were being re-sealed, and had lunch and a few Margaritas, then came back and took our treasures home. So for a fountain, two benches and two statuettes, we spent $245. We are pleased and will be back.

He replaced my batteries on the spot and charged me $17.50 including tax. They take credit cards, Visa and Master card. Hector was super friendly and nice as he explained everything to me. Other than replacing batteries, they sell nice watches at a descent price. Store was clean and the people in here were super nice. I'd definitely recommend them if you need your battery replaced or just looking to buy a watch. The store is within the Las Americas outlet. Highly recommend!
