This hotel is nice and clean, however the staff seemed like they could care less about our stay. Usually it is customary for someone to help with luggage or opening doors- this was not the case for La Pinta. We were left to get our bags (coming and going) by ourselves. While we struggled to open the large doors the staff just watched us, with no desire to help at all. The cover on the beds were as thin as paper. It felt super uncomfortable and I woke up numerous times throughout the night. Definitely would recommend bringing some extra blankets. Luckily we were already awake, but staff started loud construction and housekeeping noises around 8am. So if you are looking to sleep in, this place probably isn't for you. Do not go to this place we reserved our hotel for 1 month in advance and the day we are driving to our hotel they tell us that they reserved it to someone else and told us they only have a suite and will charge us more or they can cancel our reservation they don't even care that we are left with no hotel. Very clean hotel. Good location. And Great service from everyone except the asshole kid that was on the night shift. (Carlos). Everything else was outstanding. Look forward to being back but I'll make sure they got rid of him before I plan a trip back here. Yes it was that bad. Thanks to the manager and Ari and the cleaning lady for there great service.
