The best homemade authentic Mexican food in Ft Wayne. Warm chips with delicious salsa. Very good Margarita too. read more

Salsa had the right amount of bite. Chips are thick and crunchy. Fajitas came with steak and shrimp. Steak was chewy. Would not order again. Shrimp was good. Just not enough of it. I like the music & decor. Service was great. Always checking to see if you needed anything. read more

Los Cabos Mexican Grill - Chips free! - Mexican Near Me - Fort Wayne, Indiana

Weekday lunch with my bestie! We had to switch up our taco Tuesday place since our fave switched hands awhile back. This is a close second to what we used to have! Very quick, efficient, friendly service. Good food and good variety. I had the taquitos lunch. It came with beans and rice as well as some fresh pico on the side. Salsa is good, and the spicy hot variety my friend asked for was even better! Chips are on the thick side. Tasty and crisp. We went through 2 baskets. Nice surprise of 2.99 margaritas! Casual decor, one large room with tables and chairs. I didn't see any booths but to be honest I forgot to look. Kitchen is visible, which I tend to like. Will go again! read more

This is a favorite Mexican restaurant of our family's. We eat in restaurant on a regular basis, and the service is always outstanding, quick, and the staff is nice. And whether we're dining in or getting takeout, the food is hot and delicious. They have great quesadillas, burritos and tacos. Their salsa and chips are very good! It's a little difficult getting to it, but worth it. Highly recommend! read more

Los Cabos Mexican Grill - Margarita and Chimichanga Los Cabos - Mexican Near Me - Fort Wayne, Indiana

It's pricey for very basic Mexican Food. I took an to go order and there were no rice and beans just enchiladas. The Heuvos Rancheros was just a fried egg with Rancheros sauce on them. The corn tortillas were on the side and zero cheese. I have lived in NM and CA, plus I have visited Mexico many times on the border and in the interior. The food was better than this. read more

We moved from California 6 months ago. Until today, we have not been pleased with any of the Mexican food places in Fort Wayne. Los Cabos changed that, and we love this place. Even better, it's close to home. Looking forward to exploring the menu. read more

This is the best Mexican food I've ever had. Bar none. The measures they take to make sure you have a nice experience are unusual anymore. A cup of coffee has a sprinkle of cinnamon added, brought in a proper coffee cup and saucer, with a spoon. The plates are beautifully arranged, colorful and delicious. You can't beat it. Old school full service, great food and great prices. read more

It has been awhile. I have to say Carlos still cooks a damn mean meal !!! It was absolutely delicious. My Tacos were so good with their spicy hot green salsa. A side of hot fresh fries and a Coke , I was ready to chow on my special day. Husband had a HUGE Burrito. Two sauces and beans and rice completed this behemoth of a meal. He had a bowl if their Charro beans, as always. The homemade guacamole at the side of your table ( with safe distancing) was kick butt !! Thank you Momma !! Was perfect. Husband had a Horchata, that was tasty too. Will go here for the best Mexican food in the city. Will absolutely NOT wait so long next time. Thank you Los Cabos for a great Birthday dinner. Hope yo see Maribell (sp) next time too. Great Lady !! Great Family !! Great Food !! read more

Always fast service and delicious hot food. Best salsa in Fort Wayne clean and affordable nice quiet family businesses it's a little hidden gem read more

Tucked away in a quiet non-descript strip mall, you'll find a charm of a Mexican restaurant. Service is spot on and the kitchen is blazing fast. The food is always fresh tasting with just the right amount of seasoning. I'll admit Los Cabos is lacking in ambienace and a authentec look in their restaurant, but the food more than makes up for it. Great place for takeout and their following continues to grow. read more

Best hidden gem on the NW side of town. Love their Los Cabos salad. We almost always do take out on Friday evenings.

The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. Fresh guacamole made to order. The restaurant just put in new floors so everything looks nice. I love the chicken Arroz con pollo, it's my favorite thing to order. It's basically rice with chicken and queso poured over it. Highly recommended. read more

Food is very good and the salads has a great taste. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Enjoy!

FOOD POISONING!!! This past Saturday was my second time here and I was happy until it started to set in. I'm still in bed! The past 36 hours have been hell. I think it was the shredded chicken. My nephew was fine. I only had breakfast that day so it was 8 hours before I ate here and I'm 100% sure this place gave it to me. Unbelievable. Anyone else have the shredded chicken this past Saturday??? Ugh read more

Lets re-review this in January 2020 kiddies! Place is good, great carry out. Big portions, authentic and fresh. Place is like Celboa's but better. It's an upgrade anymore as portions suffer more at Celboa's. Los Cabos give you something to eat. They fill them taco shells and Tortillas. Homemade chips to, not much salt and slightly bland, but perfect texture and crunch to go with the excellent in house homemade salsa, mild and sweet. Perfect combo, the chips are rather addicting. Get the chips you get a complimentary basket and that salsa be fire! One of the best Mexican places out there. Tacos are great, burrito too. All the fixing's them beans n rice. Fresh to so ever fresh! I think it's pretty authentic. Better than Celboa's. More bang for the dollar for sure and better. It's a level up from Celboa's but maybe my taste bud receptors are different than yours? bigger portions and fresher. Get this place in your mouth's. read more

BEST guac in Fort Wayne...made table side! As a vegan, they have a veggie burrito (sautéed veggies inside a flour tortilla) topped with red sauce that you can order vegan by noting "no cheese"...no other mexican restaurant in town that I know of has this as a menu item so it is a nice change. The servers know their menu items and can quickly name off every ingredient without blinking. They speak fast English leaving no language barrier. It is a smaller place, always packed, but has such a quick turnover I have never had to wait. read more

We love busing Los Cabos. They treat us like family and the last few times remember my order before I even speak. Love them!

So far, my favorite go-to for Mexican cuisine. I come here often with my girlfriend. She always gets the arroz con pollo, and I get whatever I'm feeling that day. So far, every single thing we've ever ordered here has been fantastic. I will note that the tortilla soup was tomato based. I'm used to a chicken broth-like tortilla soup. It was still good though. Cant wait to come back to our FAVORITE Mexican restaurant :) read more

Ordered a grub hub takeout and I didn't get what I paid for. I'm not sure if I received someone else's order or if their tacos look like 2 disgusting churros that are falling apart and through the tortilla bc they are so soggy. Was looking for a new local spot and this place certainly wasn't it. read more

Los Cabos Mexican Grill - No idea.. - Mexican Near Me - Fort Wayne, Indiana

I'm going with 5 stars because this place rocked last night. It was Cinco De Mayo and they were busy. But they had fun. It made everyone enjoy their experience. Food was spot on what you'd expect for Fort Wayne. It was a solid 3-4 stars. Super glad to see Charro Beans on the menu. Not many have it here and I enjoyed them. My GF had never been and struggles trying new places unlike me. She loved it. And enjoyed her food. So for the whole experience last night. 5 stars. Great service. Good fun. Fun experience!! read more

We've tried many Mexican restaurants in town and we agreed by far this is the best we've been to. This even though we had to wait a while for a table, it was worth the wait! We enjoyed the margaritas which weren't overly sweet or sugary. For dinner I tried the rice and beans and my husband got a burrito. He was over the moon with the quality and quantity of it! We both felt that the service was extremely busy but still attentive and kind. Looking forward to coming back! read more

They have the best Mexican in town. The staff is very friendly and the food is always on point.

Service was absolutely spot on today. Food was delicious as always. It seems they have tidied up a bit also. We'll be back! The guy serving the chips and salsa never let us run dry. He was outstanding! read more

We I totally went here due to the rave reviews. It's in a small strip mall shopping center and doesn't appear to be one from the outside. Once inside you will find a small dinning room with plenty of staff and a more than poor lit dinning room. We were sat at first directly under the air conditioner that was seeping freezing air onto us. We did ask to move and they were accommodating. That table however wasn't much better. We were greeted right away with chips and salsa. The chips were straight out of bag from some retail grocery shop and the salsa looked decent. I asked the server a couple of questions and she informed me sodas were $3! Seriously? Yea water will be great thank you. She wasn't the friendliest thing when it came to my questions. I explained to her that we had never been there before so I apologize for the questions. When she left to give us a few min to look over the menu I took a chip and dipped it into the salsa leaving a mound of the red yumminess on the chip and into the mouth. Now I personally can not handle spice and as I continued to chew my mouth free more Intense with heat discomfort by the sec. I Bee lined it to the bathroom that wasn't the cleanest and drowned my mouth under the sink for 5'. When I got back to the table I said to the server that the salsa is very hot and she stated"oh do you want mild?" I asked her what that was and she said HOT! Who does this? Why wouldn't they deceived mild To the table and then if people ask for hot they bring it? This makes no sense. As I sat there the heat worked itself down into my belly where it sat causing me to become sick and therefore leaving. I personally will not go back and def will tell people to make sure they like hot salsa before eating. read more

Tried it for the first time today after passing it several times and we were blown away. The first thing we noticed was the friendliness of the staff. Our waitress came over and greeted us, and then asked if we wanted the freshly made guacamole. We opted for it and we're not disappointed at all. It was delicious! The complimentary chips are also nice. For my meal, I ordered the chicken chimichanga. It came with rice and refried beans. The chicken was moist and tasty. The rice was your run of the mill Mexican rice, which is fine for me, I really like how they have theirs. Now, I am not normally a bean eater, but I tried the refried beans and loved them. My wife got the California burrito with steak. It came with French fries too, which were your average French fries, but the burrito itself was delectable. Next time, I am getting something with the steak. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and one we intend on repeating. The prices were great, staff friendly, and the food spectacular. Our friend, Courtney should come here. read more

Reliably good Mexican food on the north side of Fort Wayne. Friendly casual atmosphere. Love it that they have Dos Equis Amber on draft.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Fort Wayne. Family owned and it's clear to see. Awesome service and food

If your looking for great food and not looking for the frills of other higher end restaurants, this is the place for you. From the chips and salsa to the burritos all the food and the service exceeded our expectations. In addition to the great service and food the prices are real reasonable. Only real downside is access to the plaza it's part of. My wife and I are keeping this on our list of local diners to enjoy a very tasteful meal. read more
