    Absolutely love living at Alta Trinity Green. The move in process was fast and easy. Office staff is nice and quick to respond. Great location with easy access to downtown without the hassle of living downtown. Excellent amenities and finishes in the apartment. Best part is the view from my apartment!

    Just letting you guys know, that I'm so fed up with this apartment complex. This is the 3rd time my vehicle was broken into on the second floor. My vehicle's radio was ripped out and stolen, including my dash cam and rear view back up camera system. The windshield of my vehicle was cracked when the dash cam and rear back up camera was ripped off. I also had my air pods and ray-ban glasses stolen from my center console. My vehicle's radio dash board and steering wheel column was broken and damage also. The vehicle was broken into both sides of the door handles and also cause damage to my doors. This happened between Saturday night and Sunday morning. Is way over $3000 dollars of damage done to my vehicle. I haven't seen any security in the parking garage for over 2 months. This place is ridiculous and I don't think this is a safe community. I will be leaving bad reviews about this apartment complex if no action is taken about this situation. We also had our bikes stolen from our balcony when we took a small vacation about 2 weeks ago. The bikes had a thick cable lock and it was cut off. What is going on with the security in this place? I need answers. My wife and I don't feel safe here anymore in this place.

    Mold Damage

    PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM STRESS AND AWFUL LIVING CONDITIONS. There is not all the details I would like to provide on some points because of character limits. I took all these pictures in the past 10 days. My experience living here has been one of the most stressful experiences that I have had. There is almost always a weekly issue. I don't know where to begin, but I will start with the worst experiences in hopes that people will at least see some of them. I encourage you to read all my lengthy review: 1) I had $1,700 in damages to my clothes, 30 items, due to a mold problem. The maintenance's words were that it was due to improper ventilation from the shower. I was literally asked how often I take showers and if I take hot showers. So if you like to take daily showers, don't live here. They're also refusing to cover the costs, so I've had to contact BBB to help for resolution and may have to go to small claims court. At this point, it's the lack of caring and responsibility that I'm most upset about. 2) We've had maintenance come on their own around 10 times due to three separate leaks into the gym below us. The first time, my roommate and I were not home. They called to inform us and ask if they could enter the apartment (ensuring that they would let us know the problem). We were worried about the apartment and our items within. However, we never received a call back. I called them about 4 hours later and was told, "maintenance has already left so I can't ask them, but since they didn't say anything, I'm guessing the apartment is okay". a. On the second incident, a couple months later, they never called or informed us that they needed to come check on the issue. Instead, they entered our apartment without knocking or giving notice. I was working from home that day and rightfully freaked out. What if I had been changing? What if I were showering? I called the office and asked that they either give us notice or don't enter until we answer the door. b. On the third incident, about five months later, they once again entered our apartment without knocking or giving notice. My roommate was home at this time and, thankfully, was not indecent either. 3) The gates in the garage have been broken off and on for a while now. I would estimate that they have been broken for a total of 2 months. My roommate's car was broken into while the gate was open...car was trashed, and money was stolen. 4) When we first moved in, our electric lock was broken on the front door, so we had to leave our door unlocked as the office was closed and the emergency maintenance number wasn't answering. The next day we asked for an actual key instead of a FOB. It also didn't work, so we had to get another key. Our mailbox key and garage gate openers also did not work. a. We met a girl who had moved there recently and just got back from being out of state. She was locked out of her apartment and emergency maintenance wouldn't answer. 5) Don't count on the callbox ever working. Ours did not work properly once during our 12-month lease. The callbox is supposed to link to the last 4 digits of our number. Sometimes, neither of our numbers would work. Then 1 number would, and we would call to get the other fixed, then they would kick off the number that was working. Now it's only linked to my phone by the apartment number. 6) Complex is always trashed. We had dog poop sit in our hallway for nearly a week. I've noticed little pieces of trash not being cleaned for a month. I don't think the garage is ever cleaned. Dog poop bins overflowing. Hallways smelling horrible, etc. 7) There have been raging parties, once with a DJ booth, a woman screaming profanities for 20+ minutes, and other incidents during office hours at the pool. It never gets resolved even though management is there. 8) Rude staff. We've had/seen many issues with this. 9) I've had issues with the printers not working twice. I've only tried to use them three times.... 10) Their delivery service for packages, Fetch, is the worst. They've misplaced or lost 10+ of my packaged (not over exaggerating).

    This place sucks now. I've been here 3 years one fo the first to move in and can't wait to leave. New management is sorry! Old management took better care of the property I always saw them cleaning, cleaning the elevators and mopping hallways floors. New management is almost non existent. Trash is everywhere in the garage and stair wells. Not to mention my key fob won't open the elevator or the door in the garage it's been that way for months. The call box doesn't work I can't buzz my guests in I have to walk to downstairs. There's never enough parking for guests. My upstairs neighbor is LOUD all the time, I'm awaken every other day In the middle of the night by her having sex moaning screaming and the bed squeaking. I've had to put up with her pit bull running around the apartment which sounds like there a horse in a horse race. Ive complained to management several times about the noise from her apartment and her dog pissing and shitting over the balcony which happens to land on mine and my belongings. They told me she didn't have a pet on her lease but they told me they needed proof, just go in her apt and see what more proof do you need, I even provided a picture of the dog on her balcony and that still wasn't enough! So looking forward to the end of my lease in August. Also the package system Fetch suck I'd rather pay a monthly service fee for onsite delivery lockers.

    Dog poop

    Los Altos is managed by Roscoe now and ever since they switched managers the property has gone to shit. There's trash everywhere in the parking lot, hallways , stairways , elevators etc. Valet trash doesn't pick up on most sundays and when I called Christian he said "oh well they picked up the 1st floor" like okay? I clearly didn't ask and I wouldn't be calling if this wasn't a reacurring issue. So in other words you'll be paying for valet trash but don't be surprised when they don't pick up your trash. Earlier in the year when it snowed someone had called Christian to let him know that their downstairs neighbors pipes sounded weird and he gave them no solution and later that night their pipes on the 4th floor bursted. Several people in the last couple of months have gotten their car broken into. The parking garage gate is always broken. And personally the worst thing and the main reason why I'm leaving this review is because there is always dog poop or pee in the hallways & specially the stairways. In the summer there was a huge poop in the stairway and it literally melted and dried up because nobody picked it up until 3 months later which at that point they had to scrape it off and the poop stain is still there. In this last month I've also seen pest around the apartment complex. Oh and before I forget not too long ago Alyssa, the assistant manager tried opening my door and I had to push the door back because I was literally naked and wet from being in the shower. So Overall management sucks and Los Altos is so dirty! FYI...If you come tour have them show you the stairways, garage and the sky lounge furniture NOT just the 1st floor which is what they prioritize showing you

Amenities are routinely inoperable for long stretches of time (elevators, grills, pool deck, and more recently, the gym A/C). What's more concerning is the pattern: issues are often addressed only after they break--not proactively managed. Communication is frequently delayed or vague, with "updates" arriving weeks after problems begin. And the inconsistency in cleanliness and upkeep in common areas suggests a broader breakdown in management oversight. Maintenance inside the units is similarly uneven. Repairs are delayed, patched rather than fixed, and rarely followed up on without repeated requests. I raised legitimate concerns about grout damage, shower slope issues, and paint deterioration--all of which were acknowledged but remained unresolved for weeks, if not months. In one case, I was told to clean with baking soda and vinegar in a unit I was paying premium rates for. It took over six weeks and multiple escalations--including to regional and executive leadership--just to receive a lease renewal offer that aligned with market rates. And even then, critical maintenance items were used as leverage to push for lease signature, rather than as a gesture of standard service. I've since decided not to renew and requested a waiver of the 60-day notice given the pattern of delays, lack of follow-through, and the overall erosion of trust. I don't write this review lightly--but I do hope it offers insight to future residents who value transparency, consistency, and accountability in the places they call home.

It's not just the luxury building, amenities, and views that won our hearts. It's the people! We instantly became friends with the staff! Taylor, Kenzie, Ericka and Olivia are the best! So sweet, helpful, and fun to be around! They are always great to help in any way and great to get good restaurant ideas from! They even sent me warm cookies on my birthday! Paul and Armando have been amazing to help fix anything we need super quick!! The Craftworks staff are so friendly and make a great coffee! Caleb, Chris, Tanesha, and Liam are always very helpful as concierge too! The community is VERY dog friendly and they keep the dog park very clean! The pool is amazing- just like a resort! The game room and sky deck are designer dreams for entertaining! The gym is large and very clean! They also host great community events every month! In January we had a mimosa and pancake brunch; a pizza and beer football party; and hot chocolate and donut day! It's great to have gated parking and the building is very safe and secure! I love it here. 4/24: Service excellence is so important to me and Rana has been truly amazing. Answering all of my questions so I select the best unit for my needs. Extremely unhelpful, extremely unpleasant, and makes living here a hostile environment which is insane considering this is our home!!!! I've had multiple calls to maintenance to get things fixed. My microwave shorted out, they took 48 hours to fix it in which it is completely crooked and fingerprints everywhere. Photos included. We have also had issues with our units door locking properly. It gets jammed and won't shut so maintenance came and only made it worse by completely screwing in the hinges like a hack job, photos also included. We now have to pull and lock the door at the same time in order for it to catch on the lock. I'd rather fix these things myself if I'm going to end up with this paying over $2,800 a month?? Not to mention trash valet comes whenever they feel like it so all the residents trash is out basically from 4pm till 10pm at night. Making it smell all night of trash and look extremely gross with bags of trash all over the hallways. That's what we get to come home from work to. Stains all over the carpets, smells of must on certain floors, unfinished paint on the walls on floor 4, elevator button to do down from floor 4 also is broken and has been that way for months, reports constantly of packages being stolen, cars being broken into, boots on your car without explanation. This is not LUXURY. There's been centipede problems, mold issues, flea infestations, and management does not fix these issues other than sending an email addressing to the community they are aware and need our patience. lol. I cannot wait to leave this complex and never look back. I wish we never made the decision to live at the Lyle. Would have saved me a lot of money and frustration.

Maintenance comes and states I need a new compressor, mind you this is already in the week when I have been calling and emailing Cassie as well. I have nose bleeds if I get too hot and I have asthma. I've asked for a pro rated rate and I get nothing. The air was " fixed " yesterday, I come home Feb 20,2026 and air is on but with no air flow. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. I don't get any help, I do not get any emails from management ( Cassie ) I've asked to speak with her directly and I get nothing. If I could break my lease I promise I would. I haven't heard from Cassie after that for weeks so I emailed her and called her. she promised me that she would write off the balance so when she assured me that I went in and I saw a balance over $2000 so I paid 1500+ dollars that left me with a balance of the unnecessary charges of $452. Cassie kept emailing me about the balance and I said respectfully I do not want to speak with you communicate with you. I've already told Olivia how rude that you are. I'm only dealing with OliviaI email Olivia saying that Cassie instead of sending me this bill. She said I promise you we will write it off two weeks ago she stated no we only talked about balance of $115 which is very fraudulent we talked about and she promised me physically all the phone and I have emails to prove it that she will write off the entire balance. I do not recommend a dog living at this specific property is dated. There's no security homeless people are living on the property. They don't have any accommodations for the residence and they have the nerve to go up or least try to go up $900. I'm glad that I moved out the new property. Diane is more professional. It's updated they have a lot of things for the community to do again listen do not move into this place. You will thank me later. I hope corporate do was right by me in this situation, but I doubt it. UPDATE now Maggie from a contact center respond to my compliant notice she did not address about the sewage smell which they did not take care of the smell is still in that apartment, she did not address or even ask to send her any emails or pics regarding my complaint nor the lack of security this just solidified how shady these people are here. unreal

These…read moreapartments are absolutely gorgeous me and my husband moved from San Diego to Dallas and these apartments were the first ones on our list out of five... we went around 9 o'clock pm just to see the neighborhood and people were riding their bikes around the lake and when we drove into the complex there was a lady walking her dog, she was super friendly and assured us this is the place to move...we had a chance to visit 3 other apartments on the list and none even compared to white rock villas.... Next day we went to the leasing office and Deanne was super friendly and provided us with refreshments... we gave her an idea on what type of apartment we were interested in, she had a couple apartments for us to view. She was able to help us find the best apartment based on our criteria... the application process went smooth, we didn't have to jump through Hula hoops.... We we wanted to start the lease about a month and a 1/2 from our application and was able to do so... We signed the lease for MAY 9 2020 when me and my Husband arrived back in Dallas from San Diego Deanne and Shelley made the transition so smooth from the time we applied in March all the way to move in date... everything in the apartment was spotless and working properly... So grateful to have Deanne and Shelley working in the office... Even with COVID-19 happening they made sure our transition was smooth and made our safety a priority... Pros: Gated community Nice Neighborhood Chic-Fila and Sonic walking distance!! (My fav) open parking with plenty of spaces Large pool Community garden Dog park Private garages All the residents are friendly and speak Indoor basketball/tennis court Drive up mail pick up Walls are thick little to NO noise from neighbors Private access to the lake A bottle of wine upon move in ! I wanted to be near White Rock Lake, wanted a 1st floor unit with an attached garage and someplace that had nice amenities. My apartment was immaculate when I moved in. Updated cabinets and granite counter-tops, crown molding, wooden shutters, ceiling fans, etc. There is even a "virtual concierge" now so you can pick up your packages even when the office is closed. Love that is VERY dog friendly - and have met some really nice new friends via walking our dogs. The property is very well maintained, and any maintenance request I turn in is acknowledge within 24 hours, and then we set up a time that works for both of us. The maintenance crew is excellent. The ladies in the leasing office have been wonderful to work with. I just renewed for another 13 months!
