I called to speak to a manager regarding a disputed bill on 2/6/2025. I was told that they would call me back. I called again on 2/16/25 to follow up since I never received a call. I emailed on 2/17/25 and asked for a call back as I have been waiting since 2/6/25. I called today (2/18/25) and cannot get in touch with someone. Despite my grievances- I believe that communication is very important (especially when dealing with fees). I moved out and was told everything is fine. 3 months later I get an email from a collection agency about an outstanding balance of 188.88 for carpet cleaning, paint, and "deep cleaning". My deposit of 150.00 was never returned either. I never received a call, email, letter, or anything about a balance. I personally do not think it's professional to conduct business in this manner. Paint: the apartment was in good condition and no paint was needed outside of standard wear and tear. Nothing was hung up nor drilled into the walls. Carpet: there is a carpet in the closet - everything else is hardwood. The carpet was in perfect condition as I was hardly using the closet. Deep cleaning fee: what does this entail? If I am charged for painting and a carpet clean then what else is there? I cleaned prior to leaving so I'd like some clarification. Not only does the property sell itself with beautiful work from home spaces, sky lounge that overlooks downtown skyline, rooftop infinity pool with fire pits for cool evenings, a multiple courtyards and dog parks, stylish game room and many more amenities! Not great for the price, noisy neighbors, soiled carpeting, lack of security. I have been living with the noisiest neighbors for the last nine months, and there's nothing I can do about it. They told me that I could relocate to another apartment but that I would be signing a new lease for more money. No way! I asked for a rent reduction for the last few months of my lease since we have decided not to renew. But oddly enough, they stopped responding to emails. They don't really care here! Do not lease! This company put me through hell on my application process with how unprofessional they were. I was accepted by an automated system that allowed me to pay rent. I paid. Although I didn't choose this building (location reasons) I would like to give praise to Marissa, the best leasing agent I've ever worked with. She was honest and helpful. Update 11/9/23: Today management decided to leave the gate open over the next few days so that they could resurface the guest parking lot which they gave residents less than 24 hours notice on. As I was walking my dog there was a man wielding a knife and bleeding out of his right arm right at the open entrance. Given that the building has had issues with crime and homeless people sleeping in the common areas of the building, unsure why they thought leaving the garage open to resurface the guest parking lot was a good move. They are very attentive to policing residents and handing out violations for improperly bagged trash- not so great at making sure their residents are safe or can safely enter and exit the building. Honestly I've never had an apartment where I loved it so much. Yes the apartment itself is a gorgeous property, I LOVE our pool! But it's the staff too. They seem to really care about the residents. I've brought a few common issues up to staff before and I didn't get a defensive response. They were empathetic and the issues have always been resolved in a timely manner or if they don't, they communicate as to why. They also host monthly events, if you're new it's a good way to get to know your neighbors, it's really a small community here. I've lived here since late April, and I've had nothing but a great experience so far Nathan, Carlos, and Eric go above and beyond to help everyone out. I complained about one of the doors being broken and it was fixed the next day. The community is clean and way better than my last apartment at The Westerly( DON'T MOVE THERE) If you're coming to tour the apartment or reading the reviews keep in mind that the building is still under construction so the garage and some doors are open during the day. I have not seen mice, but when you live across from a giant park I feel like that can be given and notice traps all over the garages and ground floors... I work from home and I don't have any issues with the internet. I work downstairs, by the pool/clubhouse. We recently got new security and they're great you can also text them which is nice. The staff here beyond leasing staff is incredible and goes out above and beyond to keep the place clean. If you like living across from the park, a pool with a killer view, and a diverse community, taking dart into downtown, or exploring bishop arts you should check it out! read more

Eric really is a phenomenal leasing agent. He was super helpful when looking at apartments. He showed me 3 floorplans, gave suggestions on furniture placement, and even had Carlos send me a video of a unit that I wasn't able to tour due to construction. When I moved in, he made sure I was set up for success and even helped me unload my TV. Maintenance has been swift with fixing the small things and has been very approachable. I was really impressed by how the security officer made sure I was okay and talked to me as I waited for my Uber.....and I'm a guy lol. update! 6 months has gone by and they still have not done or said anything about everyone's stolen vehicles! yes i said everyone as multiple people have had their property stolen from the garage on multiple occasions i mean monthly break ins! there has been homeless people with knifes at the entrance of the apartments bleeding to death. homeless people have sex by the electric compactors, homeless people sleeping on the side of the buiding and front door entrance.. there are packages being stolen from the package room weekly... they hired one armed guard to try and cover the entire building which is a complete joke, the last security company looked like they hired them from temp agency cause they were the worst company i have ever seen they didnt even know their way around the property! now they hired 1 guy to cover this place like he can seriously see everything at once.. complete joke! the garage is still not secure nor safe! the security system promised is still not working, it has never worked and ive been here going on 10months.. nothing that was promised or advertised is happening even after construction its still nothing and a joke! i contacted the owner and she didnt even respond back to my emails and i have the email to prove it! so please i wish yall would respond to this review saying otherwise so i can post the email also! try me! read more

Primo spot for single people or couples. Has areas for dogs too. Garage can be sketchy but just drive slow because it's a little tight when it fills up. I'm not a resident but an apartment locator. From my experience alone dealing with them from a professional stand point, it's been nothing short of extremely unprofessional and disappointing. they invoice after clients move in after 90 days. my client has been there for 8 months and I was told she is thinking about breaking her lease a couple months ago because they won't let her transfer to a more affordable unit. first they told me I was not listed as her locator anywhere which is ludacris because she put my name on the application, I emailed her guest card, I have so many texts of color schemes for the units she was interested in I got from multiple conversations over the phone with leasing. NOW they are claiming they won't pay out because she's breaking her lease (she has not confirmed that with me) which is irrelevant since they were supposed to pay out at 90 days and the supposed eviction comes after she's been there for 6 months. I will be black listing them. Many other locators have not been paid by them and their clients moved in a year ago. if they cannot fulfill their financial obligations then we have no business working with them. Beware if you're thinking about renting here. It's all about money to them and taking what they can get from you. read more
