Everything was spotless, and the beds were super cozy. The main downside was the Wi-Fi in the rooms -- it barely worked, so I had to head down to the restaurant for a connection. We stayed in a suite, which looked a bit more spacious in the photos, so that was a small disappointment. There were also a few bugs and small critters (mosquitoes, crickets, lizards), but considering the off-grid, jungle-meets-beach vibe, it's understandable. Overall, it was a great stay -- beautiful setting, perfect location, and easy access to food, the beach, and town. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a laid-back, scenic Tulum experience.
