I received a bill from her for almost $400 for my two kids. In the last six months, she stopped taking my insurance. AOMS is still listed as accepting blue cross of Texas. We were not notified she was no longer in network. There is nothing special about her. Apparently another doctor is in network there. We could have seen him if the clinic was honest and upfront. I would have never brought my kids back if we had been informed she stopped accepting our insurance. I feel scammed.

They put a "In training" person. Who did yet another hack job on my husband's mouth and he was in so much pain. We almost ended up in urgent care. What a mess. So we decided at that point we were going to leave and they refused to send my records and x-rays to our new dentist. Which is crazy since we paid for them, but whatever, walking away. The hygienist I had was always very nice and the dentist was very patient. I have a lot of anxiety, but the front end. Has no clue.
