Also, the owners of the store adjacent to this store children were running around, being noisy, bumping into me, loud. If you have children in a business at least have them trained especially if they are going to be around customers. Its not cute, very annoying & people will only come there if its a last resort to shop. The candles were a little higher than Im accustomed to but this was a last resort place so.........

Went in and was greeted by the two ladies on staff, even though the register is located near the rear of the store, and both ladies seemed engrossed in an inventory projects, they both acknowledged my presence and made me feel welcome. Upon checking out, I was informed of a Saturday sale on their candles. Too bad, I will be back in Atlanta on Saturday. Personally, I beginning to think that candles are like fingernail polish...they are coming up with the same fragrances but attempting to fool the consumer with different names and labels, but the $20 off a $40 purchase coupon can go far if you know how to spread it around. A pleasant visit at one of my favorite candle store, and while they seem to be shutting them down frequently in the metro area, this seems to be true gem for the chain 26 of 100

They sell pipes but not screens which behooves me but anyway, I decided to check this place out last night & let me tell you the place is a DREAM! Not only do they carry screens, papers, pipes, trays etc etc they also sell spiritual items like candles, incense, crystals & so much more! I am so glad I found this place. It's total gem here in Columbus & I will most definitely be back for jewelry, herbs, clothing, tapestries & everything else I love! I went straight to the register to ask for them to tell me the color from my past purchases which they say they couldn't do ( because apparently they have a kohls system) I go through my email to find my receipt and find the color and it out of stock so I asked if they had any in the back, and they didn't which is fine, but the staff at my normal Sephora would have suggested similar shades or brands that carry that shade. They just honestly weren't helpful at all and it wasn't even busy.

They said it would be ready tomorrow or if today she would call. I left it anticipating to grab my necklace before I headed to the airport. In less than 30 minutes I got a call. The lady stated "he just went ahead and did it since you are from out of town" how wonderful. The setting was professional. And the jewelry through out the store was delightful and make be want to look at jewelry, and I am not really into jewelry in that way, but it is just so pretty. Very professional.
