I called this morning to order and have delivered a birthday bouquet for my daughter. We live on opposite sides of the state and I am not familiar with any florists in the area. I actually called a competitor in Columbus, I won't mentioned names but it starts with a T. I asked about delivery to a high school as my daughter is a nurse. The location is in Smith's Station which is a rural area across the state line. Distance was a concern but I asked anyway. "No", we will not deliver. Feeling a little discouraged, I called Bloomwoods after browsing their webpage. Immediately I asked if they would deliver and they said, "yes"!! I selected an arrangement from a photo and placed my order. I just crossed my fingers and hoped it would be delivered before school was out. I got a text less than an hour later from Kim with a picture of the arrangement. I was blown away. Shortly afterwards, received a text from my daughter and she was thrilled. She said they are the prettiest flowers she has ever received. I couldn't be more pleased: The actual arrangement exceeded the website photo expectations. While they have delivered beautiful flowers a few times in the past, this is not the first time that they have had brown around the flowers and had to be replaced. First of all, the flowers looked nothing like the flowers I ordered; the arrangement was not a full arrangement which I was promised it would be; in fact, the arrangement was split right down the middle. The plant looked like it had a wedgey. I was promised fresh flowers, which my Mother obviously didn't receive.
