The flowers and message meant the world to me, as these things tend to do for anyone who orders flowers. Got an email confirmation saying I was all set after placing it, then digging into my email I came to find that I was emailed back this morning with a simple "Sir we cannot process this order and it has been voided." No explanation or context as to why. Considering the nature of the business, I would think it'd be important for these things to be communicated a little more clearly. It just felt impersonal for a business that deals exclusively in highly personal dealings. I've ordered flowers before and they've always called when they need more info or if something is wrong, etc. Hope I don't sound whiny but actually felt like this was unprofessional, not to mention now I have missed the opportunity to send what I wanted to the person I love.
