Went in and was greeted by the two ladies on staff, even though the register is located near the rear of the store, and both ladies seemed engrossed in an inventory projects, they both acknowledged my presence and made me feel welcome. Upon checking out, I was informed of a Saturday sale on their candles. Too bad, I will be back in Atlanta on Saturday. Personally, I beginning to think that candles are like fingernail polish...they are coming up with the same fragrances but attempting to fool the consumer with different names and labels, but the $20 off a $40 purchase coupon can go far if you know how to spread it around. A pleasant visit at one of my favorite candle store, and while they seem to be shutting them down frequently in the metro area, this seems to be true gem for the chain 26 of 100

It would definately be a 1 or half of a star. The reader in this shop, in my opinion, is not good and out for money. Everyone that speaks to her needs some work done and jinxed lol. Also, the owners of the store adjacent to this store children were running around, being noisy, bumping into me, loud. If you have children in a business at least have them trained especially if they are going to be around customers. Its not cute, very annoying & people will only come there if its a last resort to shop. The candles were a little higher than Im accustomed to but this was a last resort place so.........

I live in Aurora IL but the wedding was in Pine Mountain GA. I explained what I needed to Beth, provided pictures via text of what I was looking for the cake (fresh flowers). I was only there for one plant but, during my short time there, I was approached and helped by three of the staff. They were very knowledgeable and knew the various locations they had placed their white fusion plants so I could compare and pick the best one. They also immediately had an answer on whether they had a planter I wanted (sadly sold out) and when it would come in. I am definitely looking forward to coming back when they have restocked their unique planters. If you love plants and love supporting local businesses, this is the nursery to go! They have a very active facebook page so it's easy to keep up with when they have restocked on items or have gotten their hands on some beautifully unique plants. They even post the prices! I went into their shop knowing exactly what I wanted and how much those items would cost. I personally dislike driving all the way to a new store and getting hit with sticker shock so I appreciate the effort they put into their facebook page. The only thing I can say that I did not enjoy about my experience there was that it was not really set up to make customers feel safe during the pandemic. There were no masks being worn, no hand sanitizer available for guests, and my purchase with a debit/credit card required me to sign a touchscreen that everyone else had touched. It made me uncomfortable both for myself and for the lovely staff whom I would not want to get sick while they provide these plants for all the people who love plants or who have been swept up with pandemic gardening.
