However, Dr Ura-Barton and her staff took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns in addition to educating me on their treatment plan recommendations along with what I could expect next. Although we had to make a difficult decision in the end, their sincerity and compassion they had meant more to me than I could ever express. In addition, they also offer a "free vaccine for life" program that we enrolled our other dog in for a low one-time enrollment fee that only requires an annual well exam visit.
