The…read moreonly time I have an unpleasant experience is when Aubrey is not working the front desk. the last two times I've came in for medications she was not at the front desk. an extremely rude, could not care less to look up from her computer girl. I don't know her name but she has been there some time now and wears glasses and looks miserable to be there. highly dissatisfied in her customer service. if you want happy customers you should put the people happy to work there up front. when aubrey is working she greets me right away with a smile, knows exactly what I'm here for and has my dogs meds ready for me within 60 seconds of me walking in. those other girls that work that front desk are rude, pretend they don't see you and should be retrained on customer service. Dr Kenny and his nurses are great, my advice to new people trying this place is when you call or stop in just ask for Aubrey and your experience will be wonderful

We'd make special weekend trips back just to get the babies groomed. This is the only place I've been to where they will never shave or cut your pups hair if it has mats and you ask them not to. Every other place just cuts the mattes out and won't take any time. They are always so kind and willing to help out in any way. I can't recommend them enough. My mother in law (who spends $120 to get her pup groomed) actually trusted me and took her pup there while in town from Florida... spent less than $50 and said he smelled better than usual after a grooming and looked amazing! :) if she was happy, everyone else will be to. I'm pretty sure she likes her pup more than the rest of us. Haha

First it's…read moreon a very busy road, there is no lobby (just a hall leading into the house and garage), you are not allowed To see the grooming area which is the basement of their house, and they are just completely rude. First comment was how both dogs were a mess and needing starting over, shaved they said. Grace put a comb in the top of my bichons head and yanked her head back, proving to me she was totally matted, which she was not. Bichons are curly and so no the comb won't glide through it, no different than human curly hair. I told her I can brush her out fine and don't want her shaved. The older woman said she was raising the price then. I said fine. My Yorkie was shaking like crazy which isn't like her. I knew I shouldn't have left them and worried the whole time they were gone. Upon picking them up my bichon wasn't in her harness/leash and collar was falling off. Grace said she couldn't figure out the harness though it was identical to my Yorkie harness. She finally said she didn't have time to mess with it. Being on such a busy road this was just careless and unsafe since we were right in the hallway leading to the outside. When we got home I noticed my Yorkie had a cut under her eye and my bichon had one on her chest. My Yorkie also had red feet with swollen paw pads. I talked to Grace about this today and again she was completely rude telling me she must have been matted in her feet and the razor got too close. All I wanted was a product name that maybe my dog was reacting too. My girls will never be back!!!

I brought her back a month later and they told me she was too long and matted. (I brush her everyday) So they pratically shaved her, her face was not matted, but they butchered it! On top of that they charged me and extra $15-20 more than I was quoted. They are expensive ala carte for dog groomers and not worth your money! Be warned!
