I'm always happy with the grooming at Kendra's for both cats and dogs. They do a great job. Staff is very friendly, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg like most places and you don't have to wait weeks to get in. I highly recommend her business. We recently took our yorkies here and had a TERRIBLE experience. When we dropped them off we gave them very specific trimming instructions. When we were explaining the trimming I realized Kelly had a huge attitude. When we picked them I just couldn't believe it they were butchered and unevenly. When asking what happened to the trim we requested she said this is a yorkie cut. I'm in my sixties and have very seen a yorkie cut like this, it's horrible. I called the next day and they were so rude I couldn't believe it. I even spoke with Kendra the owner and she was also extremely rude too. read more
