She quickly and expertly pinpointed the areas that were causing disfunction, and treated with precision. One of the more notable changes I've observed is that after freeing up my stuck hip girdle (that I did not even realize was in a state of freeze), I am able to perform daily tasks that require me to stand on one leg at a time without bracing myself against a wall, such-as putting on underwear or pants one leg at a time. She has hangers for your clothes, and there is ample parking, even though it is right in downtown Ventura, in a cute 1800s Victorian home, modeled into rooms, I love the whole vibe to the building. Service: Crystal was amazing and provided one of the best 90 minute massages that included a scalp massage and a foot wrap. It was amazing! She incorporated stretching and it felt like a meditation and massage rolled into one. Very high quality and worth the price. She ended the service with offering me complimentary Rooibos tea which is to reduce inflammation and it was tasty. Looking forward to booking future services of Crystal.

Since I hadn't received the massage yet, I said $10 -- knowing I would give $20 if she did a good job. She got frustrated and pushed me to commit to a larger tip in advance. I was already annoyed. We went to the room, and she then told me she could only do a half hour. I said no -- we agreed to a full hour and I had already paid. She said another client was coming in and there was nothing she could do. I told her I didn't want the massage and wanted my money back. She said she couldn't issue refunds. I asked what she planned to do given that I was overpaying for only 30 minutes. She said that extra money was her tip. I was furious and walked out. I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company. It will take up to 90 days to resolve. This place is a scam. Do not go here. Even if i don't get my money back at least one person will read this and not go. I hope more. That's good enough for me.
