Atmosphere: Her room is a whole vibe with candles on every shelf, nice soothing music, a diffuser and a cozy fireplace. Her massage table was so comfy ( coming from a bigger person that's saying something), and very soft and plush). She has hangers for your clothes, and there is ample parking, even though it is right in downtown Ventura, in a cute 1800s Victorian home, modeled into rooms, I love the whole vibe to the building. Service: Crystal was amazing and provided one of the best 90 minute massages that included a scalp massage and a foot wrap. It was amazing! She incorporated stretching and it felt like a meditation and massage rolled into one. Very high quality and worth the price. She ended the service with offering me complimentary Rooibos tea which is to reduce inflammation and it was tasty. Looking forward to booking future services of Crystal.

She quickly and expertly pinpointed the areas that were causing disfunction, and treated with precision. One of the more notable changes I've observed is that after freeing up my stuck hip girdle (that I did not even realize was in a state of freeze), I am able to perform daily tasks that require me to stand on one leg at a time without bracing myself against a wall, such-as putting on underwear or pants one leg at a time. Its so interesting the things we take for granted until we can't do them anymore. Thank you Jen for enhancing my daily quality of life!

The place is nice and quiet, tucked in behind a local chiropractor's office. You feel the zen energy when you enter the space. Lareina asked me about my trouble spots, I pretty much gestured to my whole body, but told her my shoulders/neck are always crunchy. I requested a basic Swedish massage. It. was. divine. I pretty much passed out and thankfully she didn't mention my snoring. I've gotten a few more massages since that blissed-out first day, and they've all been great. She will give extra attention to that string of knots trapped in my traps, and is great when I need her to dig deeper into the tissue. I always feel that she gives her all to my massage. Every treatment I've had is completely reasonably priced for the amazing job she does. Seriously, if you need a great massage, schedule her now!
