I came to Lorenzo's tire shop a couple weeks ago to get an alignment on my car, a couple weeks go by and my tire thread was completely worn out on my front two tires went to a different shop and was told my car was not aligned at all ended up wasting more money due to poor service here at Lorenzo's, do NOT come here their work is terrible and causes damages. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Last experience was terrible. They accidentally cracked my windshield while working on my car. When I spoke to the owner about it, he barely paid attention he was too busy eating a rotisserie chicken and acted completely uninterested in what I was saying. He Said "We'll let you know Saturday." He never told me a specific time or called me back. I called during the week. He told me bring it the following weekend at 8am if you don't bring it won't fix it" So i brought my car today 10/11 just like i was finally told , and called me 2 hours later to come pick it up! they refused to fix it, saying I didn't come the first time even though they never gave me a time! Then they said they wouldn't give me any money to fix it either. really liked the employees who work there they've always been kind and helpful but the owner is arrogant, rude, and a completely jerk. read more

These guys were absolutely terrible. I arrived at 5:45 and was told if my friend arrive before 6:00 they would fix her flat. They then locked the doors and basically flipped us off at 5:53. The website said 7:00 and we were told whatever go away. Pretty said. Plenty of better places with decent people who have values. read more

I was so glad they were able to help me with my tire. The time that I went my card was broken and they trying to help me with payment. If your card is broken and no other sort of payment. They accept Apple Pay. I was so glad I was able to pay because I gotta get to work. I would recommend coming here. My mother went in the other day to check out a tire that had low pressure. She was treated in a degrading manner by the two dudes that were working there. When they noticed she was in need of a tire change they tried to scam her with a $400 dollar used Chinese tire. After she refused the guy got pissed and said to take it somewhere els because they are not liable for any damages that would occur if they worked on the car. Drove the truck to Lorenzo's and asked the Hispanic guy how much would it be to take one lug off the guy told him $80 ..my husband asked him you mean $8 the Hispanic guy repeated $80 -- 8 and 0! went to discount tire this morning and they took it off for FREE! from the looks of it Lorenzo doesn't read yelp! I called the place asking how much for a tire mount and balance and I was told $15 a tire. So I went and they ended up charging me around $20 a tire. Could be helpful if they had a set price and not just making stuff up. Also having there employees just be standing there and talking shit about what the customer says. At the end of the service they didn't check my tire pressure to make sure it's up to manufacturers specs and when I asked about it I got ignored. So I highly don't recommend read more

Hubby has a blow out. Gets used tire via debit card. $3 EXTRA for using debit card! Barely a week later the tire is flat!! Jack up his car, take it off, bring it back, super late for work! Dude asks "where's your receipt?" I hand it to him. He says "where's your other receipt?" Ummm... The only receipt we were given was the debit receipt. (Now I got my tire patched the week before and was given the same single receipt. No "other" receipt). After an hour of arguing over the stupid receipt that we were never given he still tells us he can't do anything about it! We go to clicks tire down the street and get our tire cheaper! We also find out that the tire we were given from LORENZOS was 10 years old!!! Way to look out for your local family's! Don't go there if you value the safety of your family! read more

Hubbs called to get a quote but when I get there they give me a different price. I'm used to tire shops showing me different tires and having me choose and analyze from a variety of % of tread. Guy doesn't even let me choose. The women in the front doesn't speak English and is talking to me in Spanish the entire time. I should have gone with my gut and bought tires some place else! read more

They will try to convince you that smaller tires are just as good as the correct tires. Just because it fits doesn't mean it's safe. They charge you and arm and a leg for cheap Chinese tires. Stay away from this place, for your own safety. read more

This place is the most shittiest place ever . Me and my sister in law went here because our tire was just low on air and we needed a statement on how much it would be to get a new tire & they said they'd fix it for free . When they fixed it they took off the bulbs on the tires so it would run out of air . AND THEY LET US GO LIKE THAT . why would they do that ? We where BOTH PREGNANT too . This is a place that can give you a good deal on repair. But you can't be a novice and walk in blind. You should know what you want fixed and how much other shops charge for that. The mechanics I've had work on my car -- new front lower control arm bushing, & several other suspension items, change differential oil, were competent. I got done for $700, what would have cost $2000+ in Kingwood. I'm sure their mechanics change, as the shop has been there a long time, so make friends there and ask questions before deciding. They put my suburban on diagnostic for free, when the accelerator, which is electric, would not go past 20 mph. Was just a loose connector near the carburetor, but a kingwood shop would have jumped on that replacement for least $500. So if you don't speak spanish, be clear about it in english and go over it several times. I haven't bought tires there (I stick with new tires), but it's not for pregnant mothers (as in other review) - in that case go to a Big Name Brand shop. read more

This place is a great place to get a good used tire. They give you a decent price. If you don't like the tire they choose for you all you have to do is ask and they will let you go back and choose the tire yourself. Plus, unlike almost every other used tire store, these guys give you a 15 day warranty!! I've used them over and over and will continue to do so in the future. read more
