I went in on a recommendation from Stan the tire shop next door. They told me to come in now. Took me 39min to get there and I pulled in they told me 6 cars were ahead of me and it would be 1 hour. After an hour I came back and was told they don't think they will do it. Come back at 3:30 to get the alignment. At 3:30 I come back and have to wait again. Finally get the car on the alignment rack and was told they can't fix the car today they need me to come back another day and the job will be at least another $100 to do. If you plan on using this shop for your alignment be prepared to wait far longer than expected and you will get the run around when they don't want to do the job. Beware! read more

My alignment dudes here in SFV. They are lowered car friendly that's a plus for all you low life's out there. Their alignment machine is new and won't curb rash your wheels with their new equipment. Needed to get an alignment for my car so I went to this shop. The owner Lorenzo is very rude. His attitude is like if he is doing you a favor and you're not paying him. When I was driving back home I noticed that my car was worse than it was before. I took it back the next day he told me he was too busy to fix it and he was trying to put the blame on me for the car not being aligned properly, but eventually he told me to bring it the following day. When I went back the following day he was not there. Finally, on the third day of going back to his shop, he was there but he completely ignored me when I greeted him. Even his employee told him that I was talking to him but he still ignored me until I said "are you ignoring me". Eventually his employee had to fix my car because Lorenzo did not want to do it. I will never go back there again and I suggest others stay clear of this shop read more

My experience was on the positive side (that is, for a vehicle-service shop, as most vehicle-service shops are usually fairly unprofessional as a bunch but Lorenzo's was above average). I arrived at their opening time into the small, shared parking lot and asked a uniformed man where I could park. He told me to pull into the single bay. These guys put in the work to get the job done at an affordable price which is awesome for expensive car work. They helped me out get work done on my car and Lorenzo detailed out the cost and how long it would take. I was worried it would need to be left the whole week since I know shops get busy but they got it done in a flash. My only complaint is having to come back for some other work on the car. I came here just recently about 2 weeks ago to get an alignment on my 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack. They did a great job aligning my car. My steering wheel was tilted at a 45 degree angle while driving straight because another shop messed up my alignment somehow while upgrading my steering wheel. Told me a firm price over the phone and said they would get it done same day before 7pm. Brake job, just replace rotors and pads. Didn't get a call so i decided to call next morning. Got a call at 11am saying it was ready. Showed up aroung 2:20pm, waited an hour due too them installing rotors in the wrong direction and making noise so it was not ready like they said. Finally got it done. But last minute charged 25% more of initial cost. read more

I took my car in to get aligned as I left it's still pulling to the side I try to call them phone number doesn't work it was late so the next day I went back they said they didn't have time to fix it they sent me back home. I took my car to change the ball joints , walked in to his office ,he was in his cell plying games or whatever ,did not care or acknowledge me that I am a customer , after I said hi ,he seemed he doesn't care at all ,he asked to see one the mechanic outside ,I went outside asked the mechanic ,he said it will be a few minutes ,so I waited one hour outside ,another customer pulled over and waited a few minutes ,they took his car before mine ,I said wait ,I have been waiting for more than an hour ,the mechanic said sorry ,Lorenzo told me to do other care first , I was very disappointed ,I told Lorenzo I have been waiting for more than an hour ,he said come back tomorrow. this shop owner has no respect for customers and doesn't care anymore I think he is burned out of the business. I made this alignment shop my official 'to go' shop since 2009 and had good experiences with Stan and his staff. They use top of the line equipment and also carry a variety of used tires. My only complaint is that they always over inflate my tires even when I ask them to set the psi at the manufacturer's recommendation, thus in turn alters the alignment results. Aside from this only drawback, I recommend this place. Just make sure you kindly ask for them to set the correct psi before going in for an alignment. read more

***My review got deleted for some reason, here it is again*** I get my tires done with Stan's Tires right in the same shop. And those guys are good. But Lorenzo's Alignment and all the workers are eh.... I got my ball joints and brake pads installed with a rotor resurfacing. After I paid and picked up my car, my wheels started to making a high pitched sound on one side and a grinding noise on the inside. I brought it in to get it fixed and found out that my rotors were not even resurfaced. They said that I had only paid for the parts to be installed... I was appalled at this. They fixed the grinding sound, and when i drove it on the street the high pitched sound on the other tire was not even fixed. I'm tired of working with these guys, I figure getting stressed there is not worth my time, so I will be bringing my business elsewhere. Besides all that, the customer service is horrible. I have had my share of bad customer service, but this has got to be the worst. The people there can't even communicate properly and they definitely do not know how to treat a customer right. When I brought my car in again, it felt like I was doing something wrong by bringing it in. Is it my fault that you guys have no attention to detail? NO. For everyone out there, do not fall prey to their cheap prices of labor.. I would much rather pay a little more for better customer service and customer satisfaction. read more

These jackasses did an alignment on my older truck and apparently they didn't have the right specs in the computer so they just decided to "wing it". Well two days later another shop that did have the specs discovered they were waaaay off. I've brought a few vehicles here in the past but never again. Congrats guys. This was my first and last time going here. I specifically told the mechanic that I believe that my front wheel bearings were the cause of screeching, clicking, cracking noise. The mechanic responds with, no it would make a humming noise and then preceded to tell me that I needed rear brakes. The mechanic high jack my front tires and said he found a piece of metal near front tire so that was the cause of the noise. So I thought, problem solve you can just fix my brakes. After my brakes were done the mechanic told me that I need to fix the front wheel bearing. This place is not a honest shop I would never return. I don't not recommend. The ratings of this place is low for a reason. Learn from my mistake. read more
