This time, he told me that my driver had been pulled over by the police. Apparently no one thought maybe they should phone me and let me know there was a problem. "What am I supposed to do?" I asked. In response, he put me on hold again. While on hold I had time to ask my concierge to call another car company and get a time estimate. Then I hung up.
