Booked a cab for Gatewick airport for 50£ (by the way they only take cash ?!?). When I booked, I…read morespecified that we will be going to an hotel within the Gatewick airport area and gave the post code. When we arrived at the hotel the driver asked for 65£ because the hotel is 4 miles further. I checked on my phone and said that the hotel was only 1.7 miles further. We then called the manager on duty but he didn't want to listen and said that 15£ for 1,7 miles is fair price...maybe in a Rolls Royce?!? They are crooks! Needless to say that I absolutely don't recommend this service.

Recently had some guests over that were collected from Heathrow and and arranged for a pickup for them and agreed a fee. The fare actually charged was way above agreed (our friends paid and we only found out afterwards). When confronted, the driver and controller claims they had to wait for an hour and a half for our guests to arrive - we know this is a lie as they actually arrived at ours just over an hour after landing. There are many minicab firms around and I would strongly recommend using someone else - at least for airport transfers.

The car arrived (more or less) on time to take her there... but failed to come back an hour later (as booked) for the return journey home, leaving her stranded until another company was eventually contacted by the receptionist. I won't be using them again... day or night!
