When we got there and checked in online, we went to the counter to the same irritable woman working, she told us that it would be 2-3 hours, we said even though we scheduled an appointment and she replied yes... so we walked out to the car and got a text message as soon as we got out of the door and she cancelled our appointments. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

Let me say this, the staff was professional, hardworking and helpful. There was a long wait due to lack of staffing. Yes!!! There was only one doctor on duty. One doctor and sooooooo many sick people. They really handled this situation well , considering the circumstances. My mom was eventually seen and was treated. She told me how apologetic the doctor was in regard to something with her Xray. Although we were here for a very long time, I was pleased with the hardworking staff and how vigilant they were in keeping everything sanitized.

We were 10 minutes late as I had to borrow the practice's wheel chair. As we were coming through the door, he instructed me (from behind the check-in window) to LEAVE HER OUTSIDE! I informed him that I would not! So, I wheeled her in and he started to reprimand me in the presence of everyone in the lobby. He stated that she was late and that he would not inconvenience those who arrived on time. Now, I understand not seeing her because we were late, but he could have called me back to speak in private. Would NEVER recommend this farce to anyone. Should have known when I saw a Trump sticker on a car in the parking lot...

The receptionist told me they were closed. I informed her it wasn't 6pm yet and she then said again they were closed and that the doctor told her to say so. This is ridiculous. If you are not going to hold true to your hours of operations then why post them. I will be writing a review on Yelp and other sites. Just think of someone had a true emergency and got turned away. I will no longer visit your locations. It is now 5:42pm and I just saw a patient leave the building. I am highly upset about this.
