So I left and scheduled an appointment for today at 2 and my boyfriend's at 2:15. When we got there and checked in online, we went to the counter to the same irritable woman working, she told us that it would be 2-3 hours, we said even though we scheduled an appointment and she replied yes... so we walked out to the car and got a text message as soon as we got out of the door and she cancelled our appointments. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

When the NP came into the room at 9:40, I explained I have had nausea and vomiting for 24 hours. She proceeded to tell me, "Well, your covid and flu test were negative." I informed her I had not had a covid or flu test, and she left the room. She returned several minutes later, and I explained again I did not have covid or flu symptoms. I had nausea and vomiting for 24 hours, much like previous stomach viruses I had had. I at that time requested Phenergan for nausea. She rudely replied, "We don't have Phenergan here." I replied, "Well, whatever is similar for nausea." At no point did I ask for an injection. I did not suppose they had a pharmacy there, but I know perfectly well they have phenergan at the pharmacy where I have since purchased some. She offered no substitute for it. She had almost an air of disbelief of what I was saying, and I do not understand why. I didn't know any other way to explain nausea and vomiting. Then, she accused me of having some attitude, which from her previous behavior and snappiness is probably true, (and 24 hours of vomiting) because I found it disturbing to be given results of tests I had not taken and a blatant lie about phenergan. But she very obviously also had an attitude the moment she walked in the door, including giving me results from tests I had not even had and never even apologizing. Both our tempers seemed high at that point, and I just left requesting a refund of the $180. Upon leaving, I received a text discharge summary that I would like to have changed. It states "Patient left before being seen." That is another total untruth. I was seen, but for some reason, the NP did not seem willing to treat me correctly or if at all with meds for vomiting. Therefore, I would like my medical record to reflect the truth of AFC apparently could not fill a simple request of a patient for a commonly-prescribed anti-nausea medication.
