Fair financial accommodations were made by management (a pressing issue for businesses like gyms during that time period) and almost every student stayed engaged during the craziness of the next two years. Lessons at AM aren't just about dancing. They make every thing super fun and over time friendships with other students start to develop. You can choose the direction you want to go (i.e. social dancing, performing or competitive) or you can choose to do all three! Oh, and by the way, the instructors are amazing! Admittedly, if you are used to paying for the once a week lesson for your child to dance in a group class there may be a bit of sticker shock, but important to remember these are PRIVATE lessons. And, it includes as many group classes and practice parties that you want to go to! Extra performance based activities are optional and never required. Although they are a lot of fun. It is never too late to start a new hobby or pick up an old one. Starting at Arthur Murray was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It has changed my life for the better. Give them a call!!!

She knows everything about the body -- how it moves, why certain muscles ache, etc. All I have to do is tell her, "I felt a pinch right here when I did that movement," and she always knows what muscle is affected and why, then she will have me adjust my posture or movement and voila! everything is in working order! I always have a great time during my workouts, both Marsha and Steve are so much fun and I can't say enough about how wonderful they are as instructors. I highly recommend Pushes and Pulls for Pilates novices and ol' pros alike. Before I forget, Marsha introduced me to Gyrotonic and it is AMAZING, albeit challenging at times, but it is so worth it.

Before I had spine surgery I was jogger and did yoga for years. One day my back went out and even after surgery I could do nothing. Then someone suggested Pilates. I researched and found Marsha at a studio in San Francisco. Martha's knowledge of anatomy and movement is incredible. She started me slow off at first with mat Pilates and then Cadillac, Reformer and Chair and finally introduced me to Gyrotonic. Adding Gyrotonic showed me that I could one day get back to yoga, which I've now been back doing about a year. She's patient and encouraging. She even wanted to look at MRI reports I had and asked questions of my physical therapist and physicians so she could properly guide me and get me back to an active physical life. We had a great time and shared a throwing lane with new friends we met and it was great and everyone was nice, front desk staff were great and the host too. Our host Archer was great, they also helped me determine which axe to throw. I have a brain injury and this was actually a good thing to do for hand eye coordination and repetitions which are good for me. The whole experience was great and $60 for 90 minutes was not bad and worth it to us, I did see they have a membership if you live locally and want to go often. We would definitely go again and I want my husband to build us one for at home!

Was able to love wedding from outdoor to indoor when we realized it would be rainy. But even more impressive then the beautiful barn facility was the staff. We had the best bar tenders and food service. They jumped in and helped in all aspects of the evening, loved sitting with them in our few minutes of down time eating dinner in the kitchen conversing. Even though the weather was very hot, the ceremony was shaded and was perfect lighting for their wedding. We scheduled time to do golden hour photos and it didn't disappoint in the orchards.
