I hired Lopezz glass to come fix two broken glass doors at my laundromat. Their prices were half of what another company was quoting me. Kevin was my main contact and he was able to explain their work in both Spanish and English perfectly to our team members. They told me it would take 4 days to get parts ordered and we were pleasantly surprised to have them arrive early in 2 days. After completing the work we noticed one of the doors was not locking properly. They came back the next day and fixed the door at no charge. We finally decided to remodel our bathroom. We had the contractor completely retile the shower and then we wanted a glass shower enclosure. I went online to Yelp and found Lopezz Glass Co. After looking at their pictures, I liked what I saw and gave them a call. Brandon answered and was so pleasant. He explained that I should call when the tile job was completed and they would come out and measure and give me an estimate. They came, gave me the estimate (which was priced very competitively with the other estimates I had received, and informed me that after I made my decision, it would take approximately 1week to finish the job. My Husband had found Lopezz glass on yelp. Manuel came out and meet with the both of us, explained our project in detail. We installed two stand up custom shower glass. He was able to come up with exactly what I was looking for. After four business days, our shower doors were ready for install. He showed up with his crew of two additional guys. We had Manuel out to fix a cracked glass on our front door. It was difficult to get the glass out without cracking the frame of the door. Manuel was able to replace the glass with no damage to our door, which we were very pleased with. He did a great job and was very friendly to work with. I made an appt for a Thursday. The secretary said it was a possible appt and she'd check with the installers and call me back. Two days later, I hadn't heard from her so I called again to confirm the appt. She changed the appt to Friday. Then she called me back again and changed it to Monday with an arrival between 12-1pm. They no showed. When I arrived home that evening, I saw they had called 3 times later that afternoon but didn't leave a message. The next day, when I was in the middle of a meeting, I hear my landline phone ring 3 times in a row. No one left a message. Then my doorbell rings interrupting my meeting. Two guys were outside unannounced wanting to come in! I told them they didn't have an appt. The guy said he'd come by yesterday but no one was home. I said No, I was home between 12-1, your appt time. I then left at 1:30 to go to work. He said he was there at 2pm! (Why, I have no idea.) I turned them away because I was in meeting. They are very flakey and unprofessional, thinking they can show up twice with no appointment. read more

This is a badly run business. They came out to do a repair, and said they would have to order a part for my shower door. They (Kevin) said it would take 3-4 days to get the part. After about 8 days, I called them & there was no answer. I called them several times daily for the next 4-5 days and the phone was never answered. I had 2 phone numbers and neither one was answered. I finally called another company & they were able to fix the problem with a simple adjustment, and the part that Lopezz was going to order was unnecessary. read more
