In July 2026, while working in my second-floor bathroom, I looked out the bathroom window and noticed a visible gap between the glass and the exterior frame of the house. Unfortunately, after several follow-up emails and phone calls, I have received no further response from Chris or anyone else. The issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate it if someone from the company would contact me, explain what may have occurred during installation, and provide a solution to correct the problem. Potential customers should be aware of my experience and consider asking about the company's warranty and follow-up service before moving forward.

They arrived on time, which I really appreciate, and were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. One thing I especially like is that they're a small family business. When you call, you're dealing with a real person--not an automated system or AI. If they don't answer, it's usually because they're in the middle of a job, and they'll get back to you. I also felt they were very honest. They specialize in window repairs and will actually try to fix something rather than immediately tell you it needs to be replaced. If it can be repaired, they'll explain what they can do and work with you. If it can't, they'll be upfront about that too. They also repair and replace window screens, which is a nice bonus. It's great knowing I now have a reliable window company that services Valencia and the Santa Clarita area. The next time I have a window issue at any of our properties, Pedro and Erik will be the first people I call. Highly recommend them, and I wish them continued success with their family business!
