They also have fun contests a few times each year, like send in a postcard with prizes for nearest, furthest, most colorful, etc. They don't take accept insurance, but we keep going even though they're out off network for us. One improvement I would suggest is to create an email or text notification to manage appointments and reminders. I often get a reminder phone call 1 day before my appointment and by then, I may have scheduled over the time slot (my bad).
