Trying to book appointments with them has become extremely frustrating. It's been over six months since my kids were last seen, and I expected the clinic to follow up to arrange the next visit. Instead, they told me they don't handle scheduling that way. Reliable appointment management and accountable staff should be the minimum standard for any clinic, but unfortunately, this place fails on both fronts.
