Do not go here. My story isn't one from someone who only went once or had some billing issue. I've…read morebeen there four times. This place is a nightmare. The first time I went, it was the first time I went to a dentist in 15 years. I was fully prepared for the worst. In fact, I knew there was work to be done. They did some x-rays and when the dentist came in, he proclaimed that my teeth were in excellent shape! Nothing to be done! I knew he was wrong, but I kind of convinced myself to believe him. I went back for a cleaning six months later. That's where they found eight cavities. The lady that checked me out tried to tell me about how sometimes people have perfect teeth and then suddenly get a bunch of cavities. No, don't treat me like an idiot. I made appointments for the fillings. The first one seemed fine. I refuse to see that original dentist that couldn't find my cavities, but the other seemed great. The first appointment was for two fillings. For weeks, I've been in constant pain. I've gone through so much ibuprofen you wouldn't believe it. I called to make another appointment to get it checked out and had to wait over a week, but whatever. I went back in to get it fixed and get a couple more fillings. They did the fillings and nothing to fix the tooth that's had me in constant pain for four weeks. The dentist told me that it's normal to feel hot and cold sensitivity for a whole, even though I said repeatedly that hot and cold sensitivity wasn't the problem I was having. She said I should have gotten a root canal then, literally as I was about to leave. I went there to get that one tooth fixed, and they just sort of didn't listen to my issue. Don't go there. They're just bad dentists. I know if you don't go to the dentist, you might think, how bad could they be? I don't need anything fancy. They can be this bad.

Yes, that's how good they are, from the moment you call and make the appointment to the first steps in the door this place is a home run. Fear the dentist, no problem... Trust me if they could get me through this, they can get anybody through their dental procedure . The staff is so very kind, they make you feel so welcome. The dentist explain everything step-by-step answers all your concerns. They have ways to make you feel better if you are in fear and they really do create some magic here. I myself, saw Dr. DAVID HSU, he was kind, compassionate, understanding, and so very gentle. His assistant Courtney was like your best friend you never knew you had. Prior to my visit, I was able to complete all paperwork online which made checkin quick and I was seen as soon as I walked into the office. From the moment I walked through the front door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from Breanna. The office is updated, clean, and welcoming. They pay attention to the patients needs and show extra care for those who may fear the dentist; it immediately put me at ease. My dental hygienist, Corinn, was phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She even wrote a welcome card and gave little welcome gifts . Since I was only going for a cleaning and some X-rays today I only briefly met my dentist, Diamond, but she was also caring and throughly reviewed my X-rays with me. I've been going to the Donahues since I was a kidlet and his pops was the main man. And my mom's been going here since SHE was a kidlet to Senior. there's a reason why more than one generation sticks with a dentist. My grandpops - he comes here. My uncles? Yep. Their kids? No doubt. I drive an hour and 15 minutes to come here. Why? well, we can push aside the fact that I've known these people, literally, my entire life. Dr. Donahue and Segnini are amazing. They always have the most up to date technology, they have been on the cutting edge for years. They're both brilliant and personable. Let me tell you a little story - a few years ago, I cracked my jaw and fractured it in three places, having it wired shut for 6 weeks with several broken teeth. Dr Donahue fixed all my teeth, saved my smile and even helped me with the rehab when my wires came off. He KNOWS its hard for me to keep my mouth open for long periods of time and does what he can to make sure I'm comfortable. No one can tell I've had any work done. If I ever have a weird pain or strange feeling, he will see me on his lunch break if necessary. Sure, sometimes there's a wait...but if you're getting top notch service, you can sit in the waiting room for five minutes and watch tv. Plus, he gave me an air conditioner. There aren't enough nice things I can say about this man.

Though I arrived 10 minutes early, i was made to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. The hygienist was rude, insulting and uncaring. I felt I was being shamed for my condition, and was told it would be a long hopeless and expensive journey. This was before Dr Errante walked in. He asked if the hygienist explained everything and I had any questions. He never examined or even looked at me, as he was clearly preoccupied. Worst medical experience of my life, which left me with PTSD, and fear of going to the dentist, any dentist. I have found a caring and effective dentist and staff, who have solved my issues, and I would highly recommend NOT EVER going to this office.
