He demonstrates his expertise in a holistic way: diet, exercise, relationships, medications, surgeries, etc. I think he's brilliant and very human. In addition I am profoundly grateful that he communicates with the whole care team for the patient. For example, if you need cardio care, he coordinates the data and consults with the other physicians and gives you as much time as you need to understand your options and your diagnoses. This is critical when you're at a juncture between several experts and doctors. He's a real mensch.

When I later went back to her, still bleeding and asked her to repeat that procedure, she refused. My belief was she knew she had erred, which is human, but then to refuse to confirm her "diagnosis" is, imho, the work of a charlatan. I was exceptionally stressed recently regarding some clinical requirements I had that needed to be met for my grad school program and for one of the tests they required I needed prior documentation that I could not locate. Fritzi Saldana one of the front desk clerks was able to obtain my medical records (for a test over 10 years old) so then I could get the test I needed for grad school. This was so meaningful to me I don't know if she understands, I've been working towards my dream of completing this grad school program for over 10 years and starting the clinical portion is a huge milestone for me. Him and his colleague Dr McDaniel are the best of the best and anyone who have them as their provider are lucky! Martha the medical assistant is great as well. The only negative is the call center that you have to call into and leave a message for the Dr. Sometimes you get a call back and sometimes you don't. Also they are no longer providing services at Watsonville Community Hospital. But all in all they are worth a short drive if we need to go to a hospital.
