Three weeks go by and no communication so I call for a status check. DENIED. I asked when I was notified of this as the determination was made a week ago. "You should get something in the mail." Uh Huh! I asked for the denial reason. Submitted receipt did not have some "code" that they needed. I asked why they didn't call the provider direct to verify that code. "Not our policy."
