When I asked for the silver wash with vacuum access, I was handed my card back with no explanation. As my car beeped while I tried to put it in neutral, I felt embarrassed and overwhelmed--especially with my two boys witnessing how poorly I was being treated. Customers should not be made to feel stupid or uncomfortable for being new. This experience ensured I won't be back.

For people that are signing up for the unlimited it holds up the line because the guy has to go in the office, grab the paperwork bring it back to the customer for the customer to fill out, then he has to explain everything by himself. It would be great if another person could be power washing the car while he's explaining then it would not hold up the line. So the process is you pay before you get in the line to get the car wash at a automated pay machine. Then you get in line and then once it's FINALLY your turn the man asks if you would like a dash wipe and then proceeds to power wash your vehicle with a soapy solution then walks around with a scrubby to scrub your car then power washes again, and THEN you go through the machine. It's a time consuming process, so I recommend that you allow 30 minutes for this whole process when it should really only take 15 minutes if there was someone helping this poor one man show.
