The smooth, shiny instrument displays, which are prone to fingerprints and dust, shined. They have no saftey shutoff that automatically shuts the drive chain off. They demanded my insurance information when they were the ones at fault. Said they would get ahold of me the next day and never did. I will never go back and you take a risk if you do. Operated by a bunch of kids that really don't know how to interact with the public. If I was nasty I could visit an attorney and they would be ripe for damages- I'm not that type and it's fortunate for them! Also I cancelled there special deal- but had to deny charges when they went ahead and kept charging the card even though I had cancelled. You are warned!
