He has changed his business name several times and is either Jordon Detail or DJ Detail. I assume to keep running from the negative business reviews. We had work done on two vehicles and paid hundreds of dollars for detail and window ceramic coatings guaranteed for 2-years. The ceramic coating failed after 2-months. We had an appointment scheduled for Jodon Young (aka Jordon detail, aka DJ detail, aka Elite Detail) to come to fix it, but he never showed. When we reached out about him blowing us off, he said he's in Eugene and stuck there; he said he put the wrong liquid in his radiator and will have to reschedule. He also said, "he forgot to put this job on his calendar." He rescheduled for that following Wednesday at 11 am and never showed. We reached out again, and now he's blaming us because the soap used did not have the right PH balance, even though he has no clue what soap was used. He refused to apologize for missing two appointments and continued to ignore us. I reached out again with no response. Finally, I posted about his behavior on a Local Facebook group. We got a lot of support, as this seems to be his pattern or worse. I will not share other posts here, but we've saved them for backup evidence of this ongoing horrible behavior and lack of customer service. He lashes out at his customers in other local groups and blames them for his horrible service. My suggestion based on my personal experience is to avoid this business at all costs. There are many reliable and quality detailers out there, but this one, in my opinion, is not one of them. Run far, run fast.
