The employee guiding cars in acted annoyed from the start, banged aggressively on my car, and yelled instructions I couldn't hear. When I tried to clarify by pulling forward slightly, he became even more upset. I explained that it was my first time there, yet I was given no patience or clear instructions. When I asked for the silver wash with vacuum access, I was handed my card back with no explanation. As my car beeped while I tried to put it in neutral, I felt embarrassed and overwhelmed--especially with my two boys witnessing how poorly I was being treated. Customers should not be made to feel stupid or uncomfortable for being new. This experience ensured I won't be back.

I had signed up for my first car wash to be free, it was as to be expected of a free wash. It was little more than flashing lights and water spraying. Not a single speck of dirt was removed. I at first ignored him and continued to soap up my car he then opened the door where you get change and shut off the water for the sprayer nozzle I had just paid for. I then asked him what his problem was and he said " just get the fuck out of here or I'm calling the cops" this old man was extremely rude for no reason and I then had to drive my car out of there with soap drying all over it. STAY AWAY from this car wash unless you want some rude old man screaming at you for no reason. I then called the phone number listed on the door the man opened and shit the water off with. I left two voicemails when no one answered but never heard back.

So this place is now known as the Lava Express car wash and for my first experience I noticed that…read morethere's only one person working and there should one other person that needs to be working to help him out. For people that are signing up for the unlimited it holds up the line because the guy has to go in the office, grab the paperwork bring it back to the customer for the customer to fill out, then he has to explain everything by himself. It would be great if another person could be power washing the car while he's explaining then it would not hold up the line. So the process is you pay before you get in the line to get the car wash at a automated pay machine. Then you get in line and then once it's FINALLY your turn the man asks if you would like a dash wipe and then proceeds to power wash your vehicle with a soapy solution then walks around with a scrubby to scrub your car then power washes again, and THEN you go through the machine. It's a time consuming process, so I recommend that you allow 30 minutes for this whole process when it should really only take 15 minutes if there was someone helping this poor one man show.
