This is such a cool bar on property at the Rio. It's a very Brazilian vibe in here and just so cool. The lounge seating is absolutely beautiful. I just got a gin and tonic, but next time I come back here, definitely grabbing one of their tropical cocktails which looked so good. There was live entertainment when we were here, too. Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. And it's a perfectly convenient stop for a drink when meeting others in the lobby to leave for dinner. Bartender Christian is as friendly as all the staff at the Rio and took great care of us. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. (Lapa & Luckley's have happy hours a few days a week) Also, I don't know how often this happens, but while in the casino we were given a buy one get one coupon for drinks here! But be sure to tip on your total before the discount ;)

They have a wide selection of drinks that seem to be infused type drinks. There was a couple glitches, this is why our review is three stars. The bar was not crowded at all. It was us and another group of four. Our bartender gave us the menus and kind of disappeared. We asked for a photo and she said well when I catch up, I will do that for you. As stated there was only another group of four and two bartenders. She was over with them as if they were friends talking to them the entire time. She finally came around and gave us our drinks and offered to take our picture, but by then we had already taken pictures. We had the Crimson drink, which was very good. It had watermelon, flavoring watermelon squares and watermelon flavored Red Bull. I ordered Diet Coke and the first one was horrible. It tasted like it was mixed with something. She was kind enough to pour it out and bring me another one, it unfortunately also had some weird kind of taste. I recommend this place do a deep cleaning. The bar smelled like hot melted metal. The the staff here had no personality whatsoever and was borderline rude and not taking care of the customers. It was a very quiet day and we should've been served with a smile and better attitude. Sorry, this place missed the Mark.

Took the time to explain their process for making the ingredients used in their cocktails. Walked us through everything as he made our drinks. Cocktails were fabulous! In addition to the drinks, the atmosphere and concept is really cool. It's an immersive space with some jungle animation happening behind the bar. And to add to it all, the service was top notch. Walked in at around 8:30/9pm and it was pretty dead. My friend and I were able to secure a booth, which felt intimate. It was ample space for 2 people but I can imagine if you had 4 people you'd feel squished. My friend ordered the Naked & Afraid and I ordered the Tropical Howler with vodka. Both of our cocktails were amazing and we'd order them again. If you like sweet cocktails, Tropical Howler is definitely for you. We both ordered a shot of the Mind Eraser, which had coffee liqueur I believe, I am not sure but you could taste the coffee and it was pretty good. Our bartender gave it to us with straws so you could probably sip it like a cocktail or take it like a shot. We liked the vibes in here due to its dark and intimate feel. We probably would have gotten a different vibe if we didn't have our own booth. I would come here again!

The bartenders were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. They have a variety of specialty cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. What's awesome is that ALL their cocktails can be made without alcohol--perfect for anyone in the mood for a fun drink without the buzz! I tried the *Meowjito* and the *Happle Juice*--and both were amazing! The *Meowjito* was so minty and fruity, especially with the guava juice. I got it nonalcoholic, and it was refreshing. Plus, the color-changing cup was a fun touch and it's yours to take home as a souvenir! The *Happle Juice* was next-level. It came with a flower bud that made your tongue tingle when you ate it--such a trippy and unique experience! It feels like having the "pins and needles" sensation on your tongue. The vodka in it was pretty strong, so it packs a punch, but the flavor and sensory experience was worth it. Overall, Datamosh is a super fun, quirky bar with delicious drinks, great vibes, and a cool atmosphere. Definitely check it out while you're at Omegamart!

It checked all the boxes: high reviews, off the strip, craft cocktail offerings. When we got there the bar was relatively empty but it was a Wednesday evening. The staff was very attentive throughout the night. The menu wasn't very large but we were able to find a couple things in addition to drinks that we wanted to try. We shared the Vietnamese meatballs for appetizer which were a really good size and you really only needed 2. For entree we ordered the Lomo Saltado. The beef was lean and tender. The sauce was so good and flavorful. For drinks I got the lychee bloom. From first sip, I was a huge fan. Sweet and didn't lack any lychee taste. The presentation was also beautiful. My husband ordered the Philosopher's rum which he really enjoyed. The bartender was also trying out a new recipe of a key lime cocktail which is one of my husbands favorites. He loved the cocktail so much he ordered a second. We already frequent Chinatown, but this will definitely be added to our regular rotation. We're planning a trip back already to try more drinks and menu items.

It's spacious with a live DJ keeping the music and vibez going! There's an area for pictures including 360 photo booth etc. My overall score is 4.5/5.0 will be back for sure!!! Mariposa Brunch - Las Vegas…read more If you're looking for a brunch spot with great energy, Mariposa definitely delivers. The vibe was amazing! There was a live DJ, a hype man keeping the crowd engaged, and an overall fun atmosphere that made it feel like a party. The food was delicious--think soul food brunch with flavorful dishes--and the drinks were just as good. My biggest piece of advice: make a reservation. If you don't have one, be prepared to wait. We were initially told the wait would be about 45 minutes, but after waiting that long, we were told we still had to wait until all guests with reservations had been seated. Since reservations kept arriving, it felt like we might never get a table. After speaking with management and going back and forth, we were finally seated after about an hour. Once seated, it also took a while for our food to arrive, but the quality of the food, drinks, and overall experience made it worth it. Just know that Mariposa is off the Las Vegas Strip, so you'll need to venture away from the Strip to get there. Overall, if you make a reservation ahead of time, you'll likely have a much smoother experience. The food, drinks, and atmosphere are absolutely worth checking out.
