Love Ding was recommended by our realtor and it was hard for me to justify the expense, but I'm so glad we did. Her team transformed our small bungalow and made it look better than it ever has before. As a result, we are currently under contract for higher than our asking price and I honestly believe it's due to the home staging. Communication was excellent and the team that set up was knowledgeable and truly cared about our project goals. I highly recommend this investment.

I thought that my needs were pretty specific...help with some interior remodeling and new furniture. First the Remodel - Karen's relationships with contractors and vendors is amazing. I loved every single person she put me in contact with. She was quick to tell me where it might be to my financial advantage to work directly with a vendor, and where i might make best use of her involvement. Now for the Interior Design - Holy Cow. Her process is unique, and my needs fell smack in the middle of the COVID situation. I had to put my full faith and trust in her process, which was a bit scary... but I will tell you that hands-down, it was the best, most stress free and effective interior design process i've ever had (and i've done a few houses prior to this one). I absolutely love the results of her efforts...the furniture, the design plan, the decor, everything! And even more than that, i loved the way she took the time to understand me and how she worked with me. Her team is amazing. I couldn't be more pleased. So, my advise is to trust her process...she has a great eye, she is truly able to understand her clients taste and desires, and she knows the products. Not one thing she suggested was wrong. I am a happy happy client.

It's much more spacious than their old Arboretum store and they had such wonderful new home items. We are redoing a midcentury ranch home near the lake and have been unable to find a suitable piece of furniture for the TV to go on in the bedroom. My mom walked in and instantly found the piece she had in her mind all this time. We also found some really nice silk palms and a leather ottoman to finish out the room. As it turns out, the piece of furniture was too big to fit in a Suburban so we had to grab a U-Haul. It was near closing time, but Scott (the Scott in Heather Scott Home) told us he would gladly wait for us to return and help load it. We were really concerned about getting such a large piece of furniture out of the trailer once we got to the lake but the way Scott secured it and positioned it we were able to get it on a furniture dolly and inside in the blink of an eye. Everything we bought was perfect! It totally modernized the space while keeping within the mid century ranch vibe. The girls at the store also offered vendor information for the company who stained their concrete and called me a few days later with information on a Benjamin Moore paint color that I was interested in. I could not believe how helpful Scott and the salesgirls were. This was a great customer service experience and we are super happy with all of our purchases. I will definitely be back the next time I need something for my home.

When we walked in the first time it was immediately home. Many think using a designer is only for the rich with big budgets. In the end a great design team can keep you from making costly mistakes and can bring cohesiveness to your space.

She came to the house while we were still packing and it was full of boxes and clutter. It was really hard to even imagine how we could make it look perfect for appealing to buyers at first sight. Beth's talented designer eyes saw the possibilities in the first 5 minutes. She walked through the house letting us know what furniture and accessories to keep and what to pack away. Then, she recommended a color palette that blended perfectly with the interior of the house and even the outdoor views from our living room windows. On staging day, it was like Beth came in with a magic wand. Once my wife and I purchased a new home in NW Austin we knew we were going to need help. We wanted our new home to reflect our style. The problem is that sometimes you have good taste but struggle to put it all together. I called Jill and she sent us Kelli Presses, a member of the Nine Design team. She is fantastic! Kelli arrived at our new home, took a tour, and immediately started listening to our thoughts regarding our aesthetic. The first thing Kelli did was help us rearrange our furniture in our living room. We spend most of our time in this room and she nailed it. Over the course of a few weeks Kelli helped us transform our entire house. From room layout to paint color to window treatments to accessorizing. My favorite thing about Kelli, besides her gift of design, was that she understood our budget and never pushed us to spend money unnecessarily. As a matter of fact, there were a few times she offered "do it yourself" ways of saving money for the same result/impact. We're now in the final stages and our house looks amazing. We love to entertain and our friends and neighbors are blown away by the transformation. We give Kelli and Nine Design all the credit. Call Nine Design if you have any design needs. We needed help with our entire house. You may only need help with one room. Or maybe you need a color consultation for painting. They do it all.
