I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. The office itself is very relaxing, almost spa-like. I had very little wait time and was provided a complimentary ultrasound screening to determine the best course of treatment. My recommended treatment was sclerotherapy. The nurses that treated me (Celina and Dana) were so professional and caring throughout the procedure, which was not very painful. They sent me home with very specific instructions that were easy to follow. I am now 10 days post-treatment and my legs look great! There's still a tiny bit of bruising, but it's going away. He did a procedure on my dad's neck that…read morewas supposed to help his pain but it actually has made it intensely worse for almost 8 weeks now. No answers on how to help this are given and he doesn't call patients or return phone calls. Then my dad was in the hospital over the weekend, got released on Monday and drove 45 minutes on oxygen to see Dr. Jain so that he can get some help with this pain. Dr. Jain was "running behind" and my dad's oxygen was running low so he finally left after an hour and a half of waiting and never saw the doctor. No apologies are given, no one seems to care about this inconvenience nor the intense pain my dad is in. This is completely unacceptable and I am advising my dad to find a new doctor. I do NOT recommend anyone go here. Update: a day after this review, Pinnacle called my mom and offered an option for my dad to come in and receive an injection to relieve his pain. He did a few days later and so far it is really helping. Too bad my dad suffered for eight weeks but I am very happy that he is feeling better now.
