There is much I can say about my first visits and experiences with Tom Voitas - some 25 years ago…read morein the late '90s, but I'll (try) to keep it brief. - I'm just going to riff and hit send - please forgive any typos or grammatical errors I was 32, a Cold War, Desert Shield and Desert Storm veteran with yet to be diagnosed with militarily service related PTSD, and newly sober from alcohol - I was blessed with an intervention - and living in a sober living apartment community in Chicago's Rogers Park, fresh out of 30 days in lockdown rehab and six months in a halfway house. In every sense at the very pit of my bottom, with life hanging by a frayed string, when I was introduced to Tom, Spirit and the realities I truly had access to in this life. Since an early age, I have been blessed by "tragedies" along my path that would ultimately expose me to wondrous authentic relationships with my Self & Spirit that have always been within and around, but muted and hidden by false Self, Ego, Fear, and Pain. At 32 yr old, seemingly hopeless and armed with little more than pain and a just a spark of openness and willingness to change, Tom exposed me to a pathway that would begin to strip me of a bondage intent to mute the Spirit within and defeat my life force. It's 2023, and I'm 58 and my journey and life is genuinely wondrous and joyful. Along The Way, life's terms, as the will, have presented challenge despair, opportunity, much joy, four excruciating bouts with cancer, loss of my big sister to the same, along with the marvels of our family's expansion and lives we've created and cared for - all of whom are in or coming to the adulthood of their own journeys. I no longer live in Chicago and my shamanic teacher and guide has transitioned to Rodrigo these past several years along the path Tom exposed me to and the sojourn he cast me off on many years ago now. Tom Voitas' life force, learned knowledge, and shamanic gifts are charged with Spirit and have affected my life, relationships and countless others in my path and wake as my life force radiates.

Superior, suite 509. I think the address listed here on Erie might be outdated unless he has 2 offices. I've seen him at the Superior location on and off for 6 years. I returned recently for another episode of care. He's an extraordinary healer- employs a variety of therapeutic interventions, some more traditional than others, each uniquely tailored to a patient's needs. I've recommended Dr. Voitas to a few friends with chronic pain issues and my husband saw him for chronic pain after a head injury-bike accident. Everyone has been very pleased with the quality of care and Dr. Voitas's unique skill set, patience and compassion. Very reasonable hourly fee. Highly recommended.

I went for the Thai Massage with Rawiwan. The massage room is inside the chiropractor's office, which is inside a building with other offices. It is quite sizable. the office has very good vibes, with lots of inspirational quotes, friendly pictures, and clean atmosphere. They also sell some raw honey that Dr. Paul apparently makes (is that the term? harvest?) himself. Love me some local honey! I got a jar and am glad I did. I'll be getting another jar soon. Anyway, on to the massage. The 1-hour massage lasted the full one hour (and then some). She uses hot stones, hot towels, and I'm not sure how she does it, but she doesn't reach out to get oil but somehow has it coming out as she's working on you with both hands! Like Spiderman or something. It was really cool. A really, very good massage. Talk to her and let her know if you need her to adjust strength and she gets on it right away. I'd be coming here regularly if I lived a little closer.

Both doctors are amazing I have been seeing a chiro all my life but I found Dr. Patrick after I got into a bad car accident and had bad neck and back pain along with ongoing poor posture from work at home. He provided the care and expertise I needed to heal and manage my ongoing discomfort. His adjustments are always effective, and he takes the time to listen and tailor treatments to my needs. Dr. PK is also fantastic - an expert at his craft and is phenomenal at adjustments. Both doctors' specialities complement each other well - so I am equally as excited to see PK because I get a really good adjustment. I've also had the pleasure of working with Amelia for deep tissue massage, and she is truly incredible. She has an intuitive approach and works wonders in releasing tension and pain. It is really easy to get on their schedule and the appointment management system is really easy for me to adjust appointments and rebook as needed. If you're looking for a chiropractor or massage therapist who genuinely care about their patients and deliver outstanding results, the folks at Elite are the quite frankly, Elite!

Though the Pazio institute is in Chicago I've never had a problem getting the care I need from so far away. I began care because of a history of slight energy problems, memory issues, a history of many concussions (likely linked with the aforementioned) and a desire to optimize my health. That being said I am and was a very active healthy person with a diet that was super dialed in. I'm also a doctor in a health field so I have a good background to work from. I felt very comfortable choosing Dr. Alex for this reason. There are so many things That have impressed me about The Pazio Institute including: the diverse and expansive background Dr. Alex has in all realms of health, the wholistic foundation of the office, the helpful/knowledgeable staff, and Dr. Alex's warm personality and sincere interest in helping his clients. He truly is an incredible human being and doctor! The results of my health optimization journey so far have included: chelating out heavy metals (we discovered I had high levels of lead), I've optimized my supplements to make sure I'm getting all the nutrients I need and not storing problematic things I don't need (We discovered a couple of mild/common genetic anomalies that can be easily managed if monitored), and I did a mental acuity test to see if all area of my brain are functioning properly after having several concussions in my life. All of the care has resulted in me having more energy, better memory, and I don't have to worry about a high chance of getting Alzheimer's now.
